its constantly happening and i have no idea why???

  • iv googled this error and its all in diff language and its only just started to come about, goin to re build the server tomorrow and use a older version of oscam

  • Had a look at that thread & translated it with Google Translate. Not much info in it m8, mostly 2 users bickering about posting configs. The only suggestion is to update oscam as some of these problems arise in unstable builds from time to time.. I was very surprised about the lack of info out there on this error.. It must be a rare one!

Post 3 in this thread for a step by step 2 minute update of the oscam binary.

  • thanks caz, i have gone back to when i 1st did the server to versions i know was working but all are still chucking the error/warning up all i have done last few days was add 2 more shares thats it all was fine but im going through them adding them back 1 by 1 and seeing what one is causing the issue because when i limit it down to my own card its ok added another just now and all seems fine still so ill keep doing it as im all out of ideas, but what it looks like to me is shares kick in and my reader stops and ecm shoot through the roof and oscam gets all mixed up on what to do for the best :(

  • I reinstalled whole server and installed Ubuntu installed oscam drivers omnikey etc and had it a couple of times also couple people I know have had it but change debugging to all and when it's happening post the log so we can see what it's doing prior to it happening if it's still happening to you

  • Iv been monitoring and it seems to be when spiderbox users connect (not all of them) ive kicked one off , cause he kept moaning, one other has just got a vu box, i have a couple of others still using them though

its not the spider box, my mate has one and tbh he had issues it was a case of him updating to the latest image, mine seemed to coinside with a peer, i added them back on 1 by 1 every 30 mins then all of a sudden i added 1 back on and it started straight away again, disabled him was fine added rest on peers back on eventually and all was good tried over 2 days to re add the peer but just happened again and again so had to disable it completely shame really as we chatted on emails etc and was a good share

  • can I suggest disabling each of your peers one by one on your user and reader accounts to see if you can rule out this being caused by a peer. I have had this issue before, and again not sure what exactly caused it, but I came to the conclusion as g_p_t did that it is probably peer related.

If I take a while to respond, you can see why.....

    :red:

  • OK so im just working this problem now and indeed if you disable any proxys (where the server has to connect out) then the problem goes away. so this to me points to a DNS issue.

are these serviers using static IP addresses? if so check gateway settings, and also resolv.conf!!!!!!!!!!! will post back shortly.
