Hi
I am trying to to get the status of which is the client current channel shown in the oscam status page. ATM its blank.
I used to use a CCcam server and could get the info using cccaminfo but I cant find how to do this in oscam
All I can see is the srvid which I can then sort out manually
how do I set up current channel name in oscam server

that will be your oscam.srvid file - do a bit of searching you will find one that suits your need - basically it works by listing the channel next to the srvid. I tend not to use it because I don't like to be nosey! The file goes in the same folder as your config files

The site linked in first post is good -
I copied oscam.srvid into the config folder
No change in oscam status
Do I need anything else or have to reboot or restart oscam for it to be operational -
restart is 100% needed!
-
you need to reboot oscam as well as i also add the stuff in services

Also tick option 'Append Channel Info' to see Channelinfo in the logs..
(Config -> WebIf) -
