According to dishpointer, no. But I Locked and scanned it earlier with a 90cm dish in North West.
I've got loads of channels but can't see that one.

Make sure you've got an up to date satellites.XML file.
Get one from the link at the top of this forum.

I think you'll find it difficult to get NTV as it's on the east beam, have a look here:-

The uk is way out of the beam M8.
Answer to your other question - FTA = free to air. BIS is a simple encryption system

if you keep an uptodate softkey file you?ll have Biss ;)
