Bliss/soft cam key for pltv 10e and how to install it on vu+duo

ftp into usr/keys...

No matter how I try,i've never been able to watch that on my ultimo..
I hope there will be a way.

I posted this file a while back & I'm certain PLtv will work on ultimo if just use the constant.cw as this was off my ultimo using Cccam.

Just do as above post 3 states

I just used that file and pltv is showing for the first time on my ultimo,i unzipped and ftp all files to /usr/Keys.
