  • Are you not connected to hub by your lappy? If not use the lan wire to connect to lappy and router and check.


    You can always power off the server and start again.

    I should have gone for stamp collecting, it would have been cheaper....

  • If you try installing debian with the graphical install it will list the connections it can use, if you dont see your wireless card listed it means it will have to be installed after the rest has installed. This means you will have to go wired and install the wireless drivers, if you dont have a desktop and are just using command line this will be very difficult.. Wireless isnt the best option for a server anyway.

    i HAVE INSTALLED WITH SOFTWARE LINK GIVEN TO ME BY TEN BELOW, how would i find ( If you try installing debian with the graphical install it will list the connections it can use )
