hi i have question, i backup file from good dm 500-s box in tmp folder do i have to Chang that file to some other formats or just flas it to other dm 500s as is . what settings should i choose from dream up whin i flash it.
I already flashed once i am non getting any sound or image

you should have a "backup" with extension .img or an image with extension .nfi to load onto another stb..
start reading the tutorials of how to make/take + copy a backup image. -
