  • Hi Guys can I use both protocols ie. have them both active in oscam.conf on my linux server. This is my config at the mo....

    [global]
    nice = -1
    WaitForCards = 1
    logfile = stdout
    preferlocalcards = 1
    saveinithistory = 1
    failbancount = 2
    failbantime = 1440

    [webif]
    httpport = 8888
    httpuser = admin
    httppwd = admin
    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1,192.168.0.0-192.168.255.255
    Httptpl= /usr/local/etc
    # protocols

    [newcamd]
    #key = 0102030405060708091011121314
    #port = 1xxxx@0963:000000;10001@0963:000000

    [cccam]
    # for your clients with CCCam (i.e. they have a C: line)
    port = 1xxxx
    # or whatever you use.
    reshare = 1
    ignorereshare = 0
    version = 2.2.1
    updateinterval = 240
    minimizecards = 0
    stealth = 1

    As you can see I have newcamd hashed out. If I was to remove the hash in front and set a box up with newcamd Nline would that work as well as the Cline

    Cheers guys

  • Do you need to create two separate user accounts for both the N & L line in Oscam or just one?
    I enabled both protocols with two separate acounts in Oscam for both the N & L line and it would only enable camd3 protocol.
