  • My server reboots daily at about 3.59am. Is this the right file?
    What do i change or do i just insert # infront of it so it does not reboot. I only want to stop the reboot till i have the entitlements.
    Is this the right file i should be looking at? Its located in /etc

    This is the file..

    # /etc/crontab: system-wide crontab
    # Unlike any other crontab you don't have to run the `crontab'
    # command to install the new version when you edit this file
    # and files in /etc/cron.d. These files also have username fields,
    # that none of the other crontabs do.

    SHELL=/bin/sh
    PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin

    # m h dom mon dow user command

    25 6 * * * root test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.daily )
    47 6 * * 7 root test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.weekly )
    52 6 1 * * root test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.monthly )

    59 03 * * * root /usr/local/bin/oscam -b
    */5 * * * * root /var/script/OscamCheck.sh

  • hi delete this out thats what i did ;) 56 03 * * * root killall oscam
    59 03 * * * root /usr/local/bin/oscam -b
    */5 * * * * root /var/script/OscamCheck.sh[/QUOTE]

  • yes, it work, but now you haven't more the control of the oscam, if it is down.
    The last line was the control of the oscam every 5minutes, it's a nice functionality.

  • I can not edit the crontab filezilla = permission denied
    I changed the file permissions before or after, but nothing happens
    my old file is still there!
    you have a solution or should I go through the terminal
    thank you
