i think this one for F3/X3 but if you need wifi you have to enable it and it messes up favourite names i believe!

Favourites

Use edit to rename

Then i think you press favourites (or up and down - long time since i setup lol) to change Favourites and rename! Chances are the Favs are setup as most (or write down lol)

Hi Newbie here, so please be gentle.

I've just had a S12 installed which came pre-configured for S*y channels. The channel list is fairly poor missing obvious channels such as More 4 and the sequence / favourite groups a bit random. I was hoping to install this, as good starter.

By installing this, is there any risk of loosing the configurations on my box. If so can I back these up in anyway?

The box gives you the option to dump to usb to save your current channel list.

What about Asian?

I dont get the No Adult Listing, I ve just flashed the No adult listing and I still have all the Adult Channels in the List...wonder why that is?

Hi, need some help doing something wrong installed AJ's list many thanks for your posts but my favs just say fav group 1 fav group 2 etc.... let me edit the first one to entertainment but cant do others had no trouble with my other box but was a while ago i done that one.

M8 it looks like you updated the firmware image (.abs) file & not just the the channel list (TP_PROG.dbs)

My normal procedure for updating this particularly fussy box is as follows:
1.. Go to menu >> Edit Channels >> Deleta All - Then reboot (Power Off & Power on)
2.. Attach USB with TP_PROG.dbs on root.
3.. Go to Menu >>Tools >> Upgrade By USB >> Change Upgrade Mode to "Misc Files" >> click "Select & Upgrade" >> Select "TP_PROG.dbs" with OK Button >> click on Yellow button to Flash - Then reboot (Power Off & Power on)

When The box powers back on, all your Favorites have retained their names & the channel Lists are updated

That being said, you are now past that stage & You have lost all your Fav Names.. So your best bet would be to flash a backup that had all the Fav's Renamed & Follow steps above to update Channel Lists..
I Just hope that if you did accidentally flash a .abs image file rather TP_PROG.dbs that you have not flashed a bad image & corrupted the firmware.

1st of all really appreciate the upto date channel lists you provide, have a query can this channel list be installed on the ***box F3 or is there a seperate list i would need or will it need modifications ? just i have a relative who has bought his girlfriend an f3 box of santy but iam reluctant to install channel list incase i brick it etc ...many thanx
