There is only 1 open Pli image and it isn't very stable
Either install nebula zero v2 to hdd NOT NAND or Hyperion to hdd NOT NANDAll can be found in the appropriate section of the forum
And good luck

Thanks reeves1985, i'll try that now, Which one would you recommend?? It's for my brother who's kind of useless when it comes to this kind of stuff so the more user friendly the better..:-) And one more question, what about channels lists, can i use dreambox edit to copy the existing E2 Bouquets i have??
-
Hyperion is based on PLi and has best plugin support, however I am finding Nebula Zero in NAND pretty stable at the moment, but definitely if you do choose to use Hyperion, then HDD is probably the best place for this image as I found it most stable rather than NAND. Ensure you read the info on how to do this - if you are having issues finding the stuff (it is all here) let me know and I will search it out and point you in the right direction:red:
Yes you can install the channel lists in the same way as any E2 receiver.

I cant find the pkt install manager??lol

Thanks musogeek, I've ftp'd the iimage file rootfs to the root of the hdd but not sure how to install it ..

could you please post an intro before we go on? - think you overlooked this part of the forum rules

that isn't the process - still confused as to what image you have installed Polish Kathi Team? This sounds like the team (is it not Polish Koders Team?) that built the image, not the actual image. Do you know what bootloader you are using?

When you boot up the image - what does the splash screen say? This should tell you what the image is.
What uboot is your image using? in other words - does it say NBOX or BOOT on the front panel as soon as you boot the receiver?
depending on the image - this may help to change the language to English

seems you are in B4T uboot - what does the flash screen say when you boot - still not sure what image you have - although it appears a PLi based image
Have you managed to change the language - following the guide in the link earlier?
-
Yes i got it changed back to english, Did you see the pic i sent in post 11??

OK might be an idea to reflash - not sure what image you have installed - not the one I have installed.
you could try to keep with the image you have, and try to flash another one on HDD following this
http://linuxsat-support.com/nb…-hyperion.html#post125456
above was for hyperion but will apply to Nebula Zero as wellif you want to flash Nebula Zero or Hyperion then you need to download an image and flash your receiver
http://linuxsat-support.com/nb…ling-pkt-nebula-nbox.html
above guide is for Nebula Zero but if you want to do this with Hyperion, then you follow the same guide
http://linuxsat-support.com/nb…kt-svn-2060-hyperion.html
the image needed for installing in NAND are different for the ones you use to install on HDD
it is all there - you need to read and digest:linuxsat3:
