depending on the Cam you are using!
Cccam.cfg file goes into /etc folder on receiver! (for Cccam)
newcamd.list file goes into /usr/keys folder on receiver! (for MgCamd)
thank you for the reply i usinf cccam 2.1.3 and i mean sotcam.key file

Open_atv have now removed the softcam panel from their images so you need to install them manually using filebrowser or via blue button after you have transferred your cam of choice to the tmp folder.

cheers for this 2 days of mixed information, and sorted ,
Hi ,
I just downloaded Open aTV 4.0. Do I need a different Softcam feed as I cant get this one to work.
Thanks Cazuela, but I downloaded softcam-feed-mipsel_1.0_all.rar (934 Bytes, 304 views), but cant find the softcam panel to start the softcam. I have tried blue and red and long red. Any ideas
Look carefully at pix in post #1 in this openatv backup for duo2 ... it will be in same place
QuoteConfigs for CCcam, mgcamd, oscam etc should all go into /usr/keys..
According to the picture it is in quick launch menu..
Thanks for that, but I gave no softcam panel after loading the feeds. I wonder is there a new softcam panel in that image.
Unless you have a can installed, it won't show up. The install may have failed. Try and download from the forum and install using telnet so that you can be alerted to any errors.
OpenAAF is the old name of OpenATV.
Great thanks Abu and Cazuela. I had a softcam installed but not was old open aaf one.. So have panel now anyway. Thanks again
