Oscam Timeout if not in cache

can some1 look at my config and see if they can see anything that would give timeout and i no i have it in local

its not paired and it seems to only time out when it carnt find it in cache its doing it on disney sd at moment its random as somtimes it gets it off card but most of the time it just times out
