Hi lads, just got a qbox mini hd but dont really know were to start its working fta and has a terrestrial tuner no probs..tuning ok..but that as far got .(wish it was a easy as a dm/vu) my ambition is to get a cline into it any help would be a big help eg..ftp,radar.cfg thats it don know anymore thanks in advance 12

Open radar.cfg which is located in var/etc and put your C line(s) under the following section in radar.cfg :
#---------- CCCAM OR GBOX CLIENT LINES --------------#
you can get your C lines from your cccam.cfg file, use notepad or any text editor to do that.
hope that it helped you.Best to use a FTP program that has a text editor built in

You could try any of these ftp clients, filezilla, winscp and tunnelier.

I had the same problem. Go to Network Settings and ensure that interface and DHCP are set to yes and then activate the network. -

Using Filezilla or the like, got to var/etc and in there is the radar.cfg file that you edit. delete everything in there and add the C line.
If using Oscam, FTP to var/oscam/conf and edit the oscam.server file. Delete everything and then add the following
[reader]
reconnecttimeout = 5
label = remote
protocol = cccam
device = IP,PORT - Add your own details here
account = USER,PASSWORD - Add your own details here
group = 1
blockemm-u = 1
blockemm-s = 1
blockemm-g = 1
blockemm-unknown = 1
caid =
cccversion = 2.2.1 - Add whichever CCCam you are using.This works for me.

got cine to work with radar dont have a clue how to get ccam installed but would like to. Thanks for your help emkwrx ps.you might be able to give me some advice all help welcome as this rec. is new to me..i am really a dm/vu type of a person..TIA

There is no cccam plugin yet radar or oscam are the only way for clients

dump radar, OScam is far better to use and more stable.
You should have the ability to download OScam via the addon server, then do as emkwrx says in the conf file and you'll be good to go

have oscam but not to sure how to configure it ?? as i only want to use it as a client THANKS 4 d help so far guys

Just cut and paste what I stated earlier into the file, it is a client only setup. Ths part is no different to what you would do with cccam for instance as long as you are familiar with FTP. Good luck.
