Hi thanks for the image . Just got it installed but when i go to plugins and press green to download more plugins it say's none available. I'm new to this and trying to set up up for 28.2E.

Ok that's great if it has it all there! I must be doing something wrong then as when i go to plugins there is no autobouqets or crossepg etc, so i press green to download new ones but nothing there.
Ok I downloaded autobouqets and cross epg from page 8 but autobouqets say's permission denied when I try to scan. Had this box 2 weeks and still not watched anything on it lol. I have no luck setting up images .

mount = the command
-t = arguement for filesystem formatted on hdd
/dev/sda1 = src device usually the first partition on the hdd (the one you want in most cases)
/media/hdd = destination mount
is it blank or does it have stuff on it you want to keep ?
all this equals:
bash# mount -t ext3 /dev/sda1 /media/hdd
this is how I get it to mount during boot process
stuff that command just before the exit all in your /etc/init.d/mountall script (at the very end of code) and it will mount every boot up
(if its fat32 or ntfs change the -t option) has that answered your question ?
if you can't get it to detect use fdisk /dev/sda
once in fdisk hit "L" key enter see if its showing u the partitions , see which has your filsystem on it sda1 sda2 etc

what you need is a backup done on the image,
firstly this is a great image but some of the plugins can give problems
usually i install all mine manually and dont use the feeds

I tried chamions PKT last night with more success. Going to try this one again now with your advice as it has the front display working.

Ok so i followed this and AB worked and done a regional scan set for FTA but still shows all other channels aswell. sorry for being a pest.

Currently I can not download plugins or upate. Is it possible that te server http://193.86.246.131/5139 is down? Can I add another working server in the official-feed.conf file?

It's not required in newer versions
I'm putting together a new packaged image using the latest updates here. Anyone have a Rats picon updater that works with this image? I've tried a few, all give enigma2 as a dependency error when trying to install using telnet and give a script error when i run it after FTPing it to the box

It's a new from scratch updated version of the image I prepared before with the latest OpenPli but it also includes an update script (credit to martinxp). To update the image telnet in and run "./Update_E2.sh"
You will need a 256MB swapfile enabled and mounted in the hddmountmanager plugin

Working for Irish terrestrial on T+ tuner (works set to Italy, do a full scan if you're not on Cairns Hill)
Working VFD on latest boxes (no red recording icon on latest VFD though)
Oscam (edit your details to the oscam.server file and restart oscam in Alternative SoftCam Manager plugin)
Autobouquets (set to London HD, older version not from repo that adds correct channel numbers in bouquets, 401 SS1 etc)
Rats picon updater (original is not working with this image, I've script modified to suit the location in this image)
Picons (Rats picons for satellite and ones for Irish terrestrial)
Hddmountmanager (external is mounted in /hdd, enable swapfile on first boot)
CrossEPG (daily 7AM)
CoolTVGuide (opens on EPG)
Autotimers
Samba server
Webinterface
Virtual Zap (set to exit button)
Cache flush (set to 15mins)
Not included:
1Channel, TSMedia, RTE player etc (I don't usually add them as they do not stay working for long before needing updates)
Notes:
A/V is set to Scart
Audio is set to AC3 downmix
Streaming and recording two $ channels working
Be sure to create a 256MB swapfile in hddmount manager plugin on first boot (You'll get a green screen on cold boot, but the box boots fine after it restarts)
FTP User: root, pass: blank (to set a pass telnet in and run "passwd root" and it will ask for a pass)
Oscam port: 8888 user: root, pass: oscam
To update the image telnet in and run "./Update_E2.sh"

Have had a few problems getting my backup to work on another box when set to scart, latest version in my dropbox A/V is set to 1080p 60hz
I think there might be a problem with this back up pog its getting stuck on boot wants flashed.. your earlier back up flashes no problem..
Use the front Usb, I had problems with back Usb and got it to flash using front, not sure why

na it still wont flash for me pog tried front and back usb and through spark.. gone back to your earlier back up thanks anyway..
No luck for me either with Pog22 backup. Reports upgrade success in Spark but then wont boot into Enigma afterwards :-(
