Picons are the little pic of the channel logo in the osd mate!!..
And oscam is an emulator, similiar to cccam, etc..
It is used to read a sly uk card..
There is no such thing as a stupid question mate! :)

Oscam is like an emulator, it integrates CCcam, newcamd, camd and many other protocols. Its superior to all other emulators because of its card reader capabilities and constant updates. Picon is the logo on the infobar for each channel, below is a picon for itv2 on my infobar.
