Hi,i am sharing a card with just good friends,they have nothing to share back,what is the best F line to put to give them best viewing of my card.

Think this would suit you best:
F: user pass 1 0 0 { 0:0:1 }
Give them your local + hop1 and no reshare as far as i know...

Above gives local & hop1 without reshare if you want to give local only make this

No need for anything else as you have already restricted it in your fline setting.

If you lines are like this
