does this wetek box support HD audio passthrough?

In openelec there are passthrough options while in Android there is hdmi and spdif passthrough

i say not yet it works but not well
DTS and Dolby HD seem to be working

I have watched content with DD 2.0 DD 5.1 and DTS 5.1

All of this seemed to pass through fine to my AV Receiver. I can't comment on any other audio formats as I've not tried any others

Give as some exemple of what you want to test and we will test for you :)

I tested on Yamaha and can confirm by S-PDIF I can get Dolby and DTS, as at home of my friend his Yamaha dont support other.

At openelec must be because audio job is done by ffmpeg... At android no idea

who's nose is out of joint here then ?, the bloke is looking to buy one for his own use and has asked a question to which he has not received a satisfactory answer.

I personally Have nowt against the wetek, they look to be a decent enough box although I am and always will be a E2 user. I may have bought one my self if I had not just bought two Amazon Fire TV boxes less than a fortnight ago, Just cant justify the expense of another box to sit ontop of the other 9 I already have in my dev room. Hell I dont even watch TV at home these days.
