recording problems

    hello all what cause my hdd to change from vfat r/w to vfat r/o. any reasons will be appreciated. and a solution to stop this changes.

    A little more basic info would help eliminate possibilities and silly non-relevant answers like,: " it must have been the midnight tokers"!!
    If you add which STB, image version , twin,dual,etc dish setup,,,which HDD,size,make,etc....
    The settings you have on the HDD,internal,external....
