Hi DaiC1, daveangel is the only one I cannot see as a client, but can see him as a server, and he cannot see me as a server.Everyother peer I can see as client/server.I have to remove most of my lines before I can see him, very strange.
-
Have you got anything additional written on the end of his lines?
Have you locked the line with his DNS? If so, try removing it.
Do you want to PM your cfg to a Mod to look at? Totally understandable if you don't. -
Hi mate,I don't have anything additional at the end of the lines, but I might try locking the line with his DNS
-
i have removed everyone from my file excelt scooby and it made no differenec whatsoever. connected but no cam id and 0 share. DaiC1 can you see scooby with a share then?
bizarre!

Hi guys, daveangel, try changing your cccam to 2.1.4
I cannot see this making any difference, how have you both set your flines for each other ?
try making lines for eachother like this with no restrictionsF: dave 1234
F: scoob nxyzand enter clines without restrictions either. eg no yes,no, { 0:0:2 } ect
I use cccam 2.2.1 on my own server and have no problems connecting to any earlier versions.
Good luck guys. -
done my end
-
Hi Ten Below, have put in Fline without restrictions and can see daveangel, don't know how long it will last but we will see,LOL
-
Ok so the probem lies with your configs try setting each others like this
F: user pass 3 0 0 { 0:0:3 } { } { } eachothers dns addy here
C: user pass no { 0:0:3 } -
Hi mate, lost daveangel. After the fline in my cccam do I add my dns or daveangel's dns?sorry to be a pain but I would like to get to the bottom of this
-
After the fline put daveangel's dns addy.
Not a pain at all scooby were here to help. -
You add HIS DNS at the end of the line, after { } { }
This makes it so only people from that DNS can use that line. -

teni've amended my f line to this with two empty brackets exactly as you have here. i then added scooby.blahdns addy to the end (without port number??)
my c line is back to normal with {0:0:3} at the endi guess thats right? the lines dont return errors in ccline manager!
soooo... im back to my original line's with dns in my fline
server shown from scobby with 0 still tho!

Dave & Scooby can you show me what the fline looks like in your cfg, obviosly hiding port and dns. -
{0:0:3} THIS IS WRONG ...you?re not respecting the spacings... this should be { 0:0:3 }
scooby passes this to dave: C: scooby.xxxx.xxxx port daveangel inventedpass
scooby adds to his config: F: daveangel inventedpass
dave passes this to scooby : C: daveangel.xxxxx.xxx port scooby inventedpass
and dave adds to his config: F: scooby inventedpass
after this initial introduction when you see each other ,scooby puts F: daveangel inventedpass 2 0 0 { 0:0:3 }{}{}daveangel.xxxx.xxxx
dave puts : F: scooby inventedpass 2 0 0 { 0:0:3 }{}{}scooby.xxxx.xxxx
I suggest you look at the actual lines in your respective .cfg as sometimes cline manager goes awol.......
scooby ,,any doubts ,you know how to catch me ;) -
