Finally you made it

How did it happen, where was the error?
problem solved: uninstalling enigma2-plugin-softcams-oscam_11718-emu-r798_all.ipk
reinstalling: enigma2-plugin-softcams-oscam_11718-emu-r798_all.ipk
inserting in the folder: /usr/bin " OSCam_11718-r798 " starting oscam , now it works

oscam.key does not appear in the oscam status screen even if it is active, why?
It won't when icam is being used as it's stream relay so don't worry about that it's normal.
even if it is active at startup it is deactivated, and does not appear on oscam status

the server says it works UK

Added restarted oscam , sky uk not showing
Are the other channels working? Is oscam running? yes
Have you edited the correct binary file? yes
Have you started the correct oscam in softcam manager? yes

" oscam_11718-r798 " " oscamicam " in both you can see it but it freezes every now and then
Ok, now stop oscam, send this to usr/bin folder, replace the existing one, restart oscam.

So you already have the correct .bin file in the right location, you don't need another oscam.
I doubt that. He`s struggling to install the bin file from this thread and any other oscam he will have used won`t have the patch for UK.
You're right, I forgot about the patch for UK.
Take a look at your /usr/bin/ folder, there should be an oscam file there, tell me its exact name (oscam or oscam-emu, etc) and I'll send the correct one with same name, so you can replace it.
all files inside: " /usr/bin/ " are they all with *.bin extension?
there are 3 files with name oscam " oscamicam / OSCam_11718-r798 / OSCam_11715-r798 " they are not with .bin extension.
are these?
Yes correct, which one of these are u using for watching DE?
" oscam_11718-r798 " " oscamicam " in both you can see it but it freezes every now and then ( i use a lot oscamicam )

In previous posts you said you can watch DE, problem is only with UK, no?
So you already have the correct .bin file in the right location, you don't need another oscam.
Problem with UK lies somewhere else in your config, but I couldn't figure out where.
I see sky de, but with some blocks,
sky uk i don't see it and i don't know where is the problem

from telnet what command should I give?
Please read my reply again. Its not an .ipk file so you cannot install it in telnet.
and how is it installed/entered?
-
how do you install this via telnet command?
You don`t. Use an FTP tool to send it instead of Telnet.
Extract the zip file, the oscam binary is inside, then follow the steps provided in the other post.
put the file: " oscam-11718-798.armv7ve " in " /var/volatile/tmp " ?
from telnet what command should I give?
-
so like this
If "so like this" means rename file to the same as existing oscam, then yes.
Thank you,
how do you install this via telnet command? " OSCam-11718-798 (armv7ve).zip "

QuoteQuote from viper82 where should they be placed?
Choose the file that is compatible with your receiver.
This has already been answered here ~ #36
so like this: " oscam-svn11711-arm-webif-dvbapi-emu798-icam " ==> " OSCam_11718-r798 " ?

Hi everyone, I'm redoing the procedure for sky uk, I'm following the guide in point one this is said: " 1) Accept OSCAM config files and enter old line in the reader. " what does it mean? what must be done?
in the oscam-icam folder there are two files: " oscam-svn11711-arm-webif-dvbapi-emu798-icam / oscam-svn11711-mipsel-webif-dvbapi-emu798-icam " where should they be placed?

I just used the same config in the files and put my card in my box and configs for it , that was it nothing else. So if i sent my config's i'd just be sending what's already on the forum.
if you are kind enough to send it, so I understand where I'm going wrong, (now I'm using openatv 6.4 and I have the same problem as in 7.2)
I've read and re-read the first page, but I'm not understanding where I'm going wrong.
sky de ok
sky uk ko

Hello everyone. I immediately apologize as I am writing through Google translator.
I have an AX61 receiver.
Installed oscam-11718-798.armv7ve emu on OpenATV 6.4 - SKY UK, SKY DE started working - thanks to whoever is working on it.
But there is a problem on OpenATV 7.2 with similar settings, it doesn't work on oscam-11718-798.armv7ve -SKY UK,SKY DE.
But I repeat on OpenATV 6.4 emu oscam-11718-798.armv7ve - these packages work.
What could be the reason ? Maybe for OpenATV 7.2 it is necessary to register something additionally?
as I wrote in previous posts, I also have openatv 7.2, sky de works but sky uk black screen, could you send me your settings via zip folder, to be able to check every single file and understand where is my problem?
Thank you

Use openpli 8.3 is better for stream relay
ok, I'll try
-
i own octagon sf8008 4k uhd with openatv 7.2 image, currently i am using: oscam_11718-r798 / oscam-icam
Exactly the same here.
I'm not sure what's wrong with your config, but your oscam.conf file looked too crowded to me, you can try mine if you want.
Also many useless readers in your oscam.server file, I think only the first and the last are necessary.
I'm a beginner forgive me, if there are useless settings or commands you can remove them and leave only the correct and useful ones, I would be enormously grateful
