Dude. So sorry. I just unrar'd the file for the e2 folder then was looking at the site which just tells me how to flash it. I didn't ask this question lightly. I was googling for an hour to no avail and I had the file on my PC the whole time. Sorry again😬

Does anyone have the username and password for the optimum ax Odin hd. I installed a lavatronics backup but can't find the username or password anywhere. The lavatronics website is poor and doesn't have any info anymore. Strange. Please help and many thanks in advance

I find vix real simple to set up. get the cams from www.world-of-satellite.com/enigma2/openvix/index.php?dir=and upload to tmp folder, go to vix menu and install local extension

Been using vix for the last 6 months but want to try blackhole again. i tried it for bit but didnt have time to set it up properly but did notice a few things.
can i press right on the remote without it switching channel as on vix and ive made a folder on my hdd for films but it doesnt show like it does on vix, can i make it show as i have lots of films in it

Hi I'm from the uk and can't get the built in autobouquets maker on the vix image to pick up setanta Ireland and setanta Ireland 1.
AutobouquetsE2 plugin finds it but I'd like to use the built in vix version to get it on my box. Not sure if there are any others that may be missing but that one is defiantly not there.
Am I missing a setting or something for it to load?

Hi yeah tried that. Now it's back to how it was in my original post. I tried to format it using the tutorial you posted but something went wrong and it's as it was originally. Why would it be saying it's external connection when it's internal? It's only been like this since I done a reflash for the new vix image that they said needed a complete reflash. I haven't got a laptop to re format the drive so I'm screwed if I can't get it to format correctly.

It's gone funny again. When I check mount manager it says it's read only. How can I change it to read/write?
Also when I go to storage devices and initialisation it says it's connected externally when it's not it's inside to the sata connection
Any ideas guys?

Couldn't get any of them to work. Just reflashed it and showed up straight away with all my recordings and backups on it. Not sure what exactly was wrong but it's all good now

When I do the scan on that one it never picks up setanta Ireland but the autobouquets e2 one does.
I got it working now anyways just needed to disable script check

When i open up the file i have lots of files that im not sure what they are or where to put them. sources, binaries and autobouquets_e2.sh.
The way i installed was to copy the autobouquets folder to extensions and change file permissions to get it to run

My hdd won't initialise when I click on it in storage devices and it doesn't show in mount manager. This is what I get. Any ideas how to sort it?

You need to ensure the .srt files have exactly the same file name as the media file except for the .srt bit. For example if you had movie1.mkv the subtitle file needs to be movie1.srt To make sure they are turned on press the button second from the left in the first block of 4 buttons from the top (under the tv standby). You should see SRT file or something like that, it needs to have an 'X' next to it. If not press ok and then they should work.

I have a tv series on my hdd and have the subtitles in .srt form on the hdd too. Is there anyway to get them to show when i play the episodes?
At the moment on the subtitle menu it just says embedded and just shows chapter numbers where the subs should be
