    If you install the catseye settings then you wont need to do anything else as long as your dish has been properly aligned/skewed....
    The box will tell the motor where to go and the motor will know where to stop..

    you also have to consider ¿ how much do they charge once you go over the 15 gbs ???
    I would deffo not consider this as an "option" but an "emergency necessity" for fulltime viewing..

    instead of using mediatomb why not directly from openwebif which is similar if you want to view on a pc with windows..
    if to another ,i.e : ipad,android then you have apps for this...
    if to another e2 box with BH image ( not sure about vix) remote channel stream converter streams perfectly ..

    Most routers will have the option of setting up your dns host account so it updates automatically..
    here´s an example:

    Code
    DHCP ENABLED : yes
 Start of IP address range: 192.168.1.1	
End of IP address range: 192.168.1.60
List of reserved IP addresses :192.168.1.30


    you can also set up your dns host account on your stb depeding on stb and image..
    otherwise download the dyn updater tray to your desktop and set it up there

    We are not going through the full list of rules already laid out and having to then be accused of censuring posts, etc...
    Nobody is obligated to use any image ,they do so by their own free will.
    So ,please ,please, please stop the slagging matches.
    If anyone has a problem with any image then complain to the team on the team site.

    strange if you were able to add the line then you should be able to edit/eliminate it..
    check you have mgcamd with attributes at least 644 to be able to edit..
    try opening filezilla with admin rights ( right mouse over application .execute as administrator or similar)
    or use DCC to FTP..

    You will find userstream.xml inside TSMEDIA folder onside the ETC folder : etc/tsmedia/userstream.xml
    right click to edit then add your own copying the same format already present , restart box..

    Have you tried another original image to eliminate a possible corrupt image ??
    gemini2-510-dm500hd-20100721132509.nfi is as close as I can find for original box.
    If it´s good for you let us know ..
    EDIT : apparently you need to download the GP3 plugin to be able to get latest genuine images, etc online only...

  • Need OnDemand for Openpli

    FTP into usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions and copy the ondemand folder over to your desktop then delete it from the box.
    reboot the box then install as suggested in a previous post..
    Once downloaded/installed make sure you give it a FULL reboot and it should show..
