exactly as I have posted , setanta peer gives up to 2 hops with 1 reshare ,
mickm recieves this as hop1 being able to view it himself and pass/share it on to his brother who will recieve it as hop2 being able to view it but not being able to pass/share it on to anyone else.

that is exactly what i was talking about overusing it!!!!! most IPs change every 2-3 days,,
as lfc says , you only have to look at router line confg to see the lease expiry,,,
even eircom(irish isp) do it to "encourage" you to ask for a static IP (non dynamic) and pay the extra monthly...
I still maintain that after 4 yrs of using dns I´ve never had any hassle, mind you I do change host every so often ;)

alternative would be to re establish the host after they cancel it..although updater has never failed me ( touch wood)

Thanks phonix , I found that step 6 isnt really necessary unless you have low/problematic broadband,,
it worked perfectly first time using vlc 0.86b but won´t work with recent versions...
I haven´t had the chance to try from an external IP yet..
I´ve tried it out with a dm500+s and vu uno ;)

like I say more than 4 years and I´ve never had or heard of anything about 90 day log ins or "hits"..
in fact the only complaint I´ve ever come across was that a user was entering + updating/refreshing his IP too often...
but as lfc4ever says ,,its only a few bob to not have to worry about "such nonsense"
10 peers?' what do you reckon servers with 70/80 peers would have to do if that was the case¿¿?

you are in gmt time so leave it there .
I am in CET time so my epg is 1 hr ahead of the actual programme,but all is intact ;)
if you ahd it working beforehand then leave it back to where you had it previously. ( unless you want to tinker around like me,lol)
it might have just been some downtime for the epg ,nothing more ;)

why would you need more than 500000 hits per month ???
I´ve been using dns for more than 4 years without ever a hint of a problem..

I found this info: If you want EPG info an all CD channels you must zap to Discovery Travel & Living or any C+ channel
and this: Another important issue is make sure you have the correct time stamp( the right time for epg)
lets know how you get on ;)

SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS STAY AWAY FROM KNOWN DIRTBAGS (you only have to google to find out)!!!

could be a compatibility issue with the jump from 16.3 to 16.5 ,I had several probs so started everything fresh from 0 and then did a new backup...
in the long run it´ll take you less time than trying to figure out where lies the fault,,,,

uno for uno ,duo for duo ,solo for solo ,ultimo for ultimo...
there are backup images for the duo also,,but to be honest ... it doesnt take long to do it yourself and is a good learning process ;)
what you need to do is read all the tuts in vu section+ possibly Enigma2 section

I had a similar problem with a dm500+ and vu UNO, til new drivers came out for the UNO,,, strange one as both of yours are DMs..
¿why have the 2 in the same room??

I imagine you have updated the channel list? it sounds like a video pid change.. the prio as you see is only a filter.
