DHCP is to maintain your server external IP to communicate with other peers not to receive..
So I can´t see much use in that especially as fboxes,etc are client only boxes not peer boxes..

press audio button and at bottom of list htere might be subtitles, use the arrows to find language..
or you need to download a plugin named Gsub or gsub from Gemini feeds.
Then you configure it t owhichever language you want as long as the channels transmit it..
( most but not all on UKsat have subtitles)
If you want to try this : as far as I can remember most plugins went into : /var/tuxbox/plugins in Gemini..
What is gSUB?
This is a subtitle plugin for the Dreambox. When you select a channel with Teletext subtitles it will automatically start to show these.

I am using a 1.2 and am just outside the footprint and can just barely open fta channels with 40-45% using inverto lnb
so I think your best bet would be to register with filmon to view FTA uk channels
I use filmon on enigma2 images ( ts media plugin)
