sorted i ddi the tutorial linkd above ^^^^^^ i had done this earlier today but had not ran program as admin skoolboy i know but sometyms yah cant see the trees for the woods in it is sunday after all :)

UPDATE all i get in putty is error network refused conection any ideas

* Power off your device and unplug the AC power cord.
* Download the recovery zip (below you will find the up to date version).
* Unzip the downloaded zip (you can delete the META-INF folder).

use the openelec installer yah will find it on here in apps im sure ;)

there is configs posted for all cards in oscam section have a look in there , just look for what box you and what u wanna use to update myself its a VU with Oscam to mgacam i use :)

got this error after a while of usage and its very unresponcive

how did you put chans into wetek via ftp yeah ? open the list in a txt editor on mac in see if listings are in same order as in wetek , i know that the e2 convertor does not keep them in order inside the faves but alas never tryed to just ftp them over as never got round to it as im still lookin into another problem i have

just download named picons ;) you will find two types of picons in the picon download area reference and named :)

check out VDR instead of TvHeadend , as for channel files there is a E2 to tvheadend convertor im sure i have a online E2 to VDR convertor
i dont get much buffering on either TvHeadend or VDR but have found on TvHeadend it takes twice as long to kick in compaired to VDR on first boot but also scrambled channels can happen in you have to channel up and channel down to sort , yH Cn config both TvHeadend and VDR via remote control as well

theres a E2 to Tvheadend convertor posted on forum id Dale dont share his list ;) this will convert and copy say rats E2 latest file and send to Wetek , however it does put the faverites in diff order and you set plavement via Tvheadend web interface and the channels within favs are somewhat messses up but it will get yah started im sure yah can edit channel location within the favs themselfs but alas ive not did it yet as been busy , and much prefer VDR to TvHeadend

Here is web with script who is convert channel list from E2 to VDR :

Channel list from E2 must be packed to zip file. All files must be in standard lamedb 4 and to root directory.
Script display log from conversion, at the end you get ready to download channels.conf

hit it once in its all good , twice to right in yah gota 1left twice to left in 1 right , sorted :)
but in all seriousness this happens alot but its not as much a concern as the remote interference when both WeTek are runnning same time , tested this and i can comfirm this happening here over 2 rooms distance :)
