ok, foranyone coming across the same problem, managed to fix it

when installing the image there are 2 boxes when asked to select image

they are already ticked, unticked them, and all problems were gone

but still have problem of installing cam, but at least have my dm 900 back, thought I would have to buy a new one.

I was using atv6, but for some reason had the brainstorm to update, it all went wrong with the oscam, couldnt manage it.

So tried a few images which I thought already had the cam, but none did.

At the moment have satlodge, but no cams will work for me

Hi, messed up my dm900 and need to flash again, last time it was beyond my capabilities to add the oscam, and some kind soul on this site pointed me to an image with the cam included.

If any one could be kind enough to again point me to an an image with cam included, that would be great.

MasterG, does this look right?, what is this about the password ?, do I need to pay for the software?

just flash, it works.

Lemme, i went through a month worth of frustration with the dm900, similiar to you. just last week i found a backup openatv 6.0 with emu.

In 10 mins I was able to view biss powervu and tandberg.

Maybe this is the way forward for you, if the frustrations get too much.

Can anyone suggest a dreambox image on which cband works correctly? for dm900?

Have tried many but either I am stupid, or they not work correctly

On some image cband will not scan in at all, on others the frequencies using blindscan are reported in the range of 6000, which is obviously not the case.

using openatv why does cband report the wrong frequencies?,

with blindscan it can find the transponders but with wrong frequency

Manually it cannot find any transponder.

Is this a bug or have I not entered the correct paremters for cband?

I had both cccam and oscam running, when I turned off the cccam in the panel, then the picture appeared

Still no picture although bottom of log says success, have used powervu key updater and the result was all keys updated successfully, but still no picture
