I see you edited the post above to be more precise....
I don't have the box, I have Zgemma H9 Combo and Twin and they don't have Android - yet....
The first image is installed into the flash! I.e. the receiver itself.
Use only 1 USB stick, partitioned as I described.
Start again and follow my guide to the letter - I left no stone unturned and I did not complicate it with too many images/partitions or various plugins for various functions.
Only 4 partitions for 3 images in the USB stick and 1 HDD partition, where you put the images initially, before you install them.
One more image goes into the flash.
Only one plugin for this!
It works! Guaranteed!
Professional needed!
What ahmed is saying is you did not PARTITION your USB memory stick, as explained carefully by both him and me.
As in, like this:
PREPARATION
One needs a USB stick, say 32GB, plugged into one's PC.
I partition it in 4 parts under Windows OS, using freeware MiniTool Partition Wizard:
I shall be formatting all 4 partitions in Linux system EXT4. Three of them 2GB each and forth partition gets the rest. That's enough for me... (If you want more than 3 images installed in USB stick, follow Ahmed's tutorial!)
Right click on the USB stick and
-delete all the partitions which might already be on it
-create 4 partitions for 3 images + one which will serve as a HDD, as explained above
-set them all as "active"
-apply all the changes (left upper corner) and wait patiently...
When done, properly dismount the USB stick from your PC and plug it into the SH4 STB's back USB port.
Inside your STB
The rest I shall demonstrate on PurE2 image: MENU > pManager > Device Manager > Mount Manager > mount them as follows:
When done, after every significant change - and this is one of those! - you MUST REBOOT (do not start from FSTAB, just restart your machine!)!
...and so on and on... and then, later on....
Rename enigma2 folder
As you will see from the screenshot (bottom right side), I opened a compressed file with WinRAR to show you what is inside. It contains a folder named enigma2.
All of such images have that, it's how it must be for installation from a USB stick.
However, in this case we can and we need to change it.
So, after I decompressed an image onto my PC, I have renamed the "enigma2" folder so it bears the name of the Team which produced it (upper right side)...
Send them on their merry way...
We can now move all 3 images into your STB.
More precisely, we shall move all 3 of them into the largest /hdd partition no. 4 of your USB stick, using FZC.
The main reason for this is - you can not install an image onto the same partition where you placed that image.
It must be to a different partition than the one where you parked it...
Now, we are ready for installation of multiple images, using the Image Manager, which will - amongst other things - serve as a MultiBoot tool, as well.
So, start again but make sure you do not cut any corners, do exactly as described!
Which Android did you put in Zgemma? They never published any 'Droid image for it! WTH are you on about?
Call a professional. If you are in London I can help with a proper pro. ;)
Just a Q: is your power supply unit (PSU) 2 or 3 Amper?
You have a Twin LNB, HDD and USB stick in your machine?
How old is your LNB? Maybe it is giving up, maybe it is faulty?
If so, buy triple or at least Dual (2 heads) LNB. So, either:
19/16/13E or
19 /13E
and see... a LOT more!!!
Tried DiSEqC 1.0 setting? If you by triple LNB you will use that one (up to 4 LNBs).
As I mentioned, Traveller does!
Delfi made various tools for that machine...
I had to redo mine from scratch, too - and he helped...
You need to do the basic re-flash, if memory serves - bootloader, whatever it was (it was a long time ago)...
Before that try various USB sticks. Traveller works fine!!!
Good luck!
Try a different image....
I recommend PurE2!
OK, once you have the Enigma2 as a possibility with SH4 box.....
For instance: http://www.pur-e2.club/OU/images/index.php?dir=6.5/fulan/
Patience is the word one can not overstate with these old beauties... They have their own... rhythm... ;)
PurE2 flashing procedure:
1) Get the image for Alien2 and unpack it onto a USB stick formatted in FAT32.
2) Switch OFF Alien2 at the back switch.
3) Then, USB stick is pushed at the back port of Alien2.
4) We PRESS AND HOLD the OK button on the A2 front panel, when we switch ON the receiver at the back switch.
5) When you see FORC on LED let go of the OK button and press the > (right) button next to OK button.
The installation starts and last some 5 minutes...
Booting might last a bit, too, kinda stuck on 34 or 39 (starting home network?), then 49 (it's starting PurE2 at that point)... PATIENCE!
Go make yourself a drink or summat... :tongue1:
A few tips....
When I finally figured out that it is not going past the 49% I thought that the HDMI cable was not agreeable with my Alien2, so I changed it and then I could see the screen and start playing...
One starts configuring PurE2 at that point... language, HDMI, network etc. Past the wizard and then the real fun starts after a reboot... (See below for more detailed help!)
I have not killed off the Spark OS/partition. But I only use Enigma2 with PurE2 v. 6.5.

Sooo, in these old boxes....
-Sat TV is fine!
-IPTV via Ciefp's channel list works fine when Exteplayer3 is chosen in ServiceApp.
-Most FNC (and similar plugins) are working fine...
-Playback from NAS on home network is great!
-Image quality is fabulous!
Oldie but goldie... :)

'Ajde ti i sretno!
Follow my guide to the letter and all will work - guaranteed!!!
You need to have the plugin installed in all the images! In every image you must first install the plugin, then all else.
You must install it, in order to use it to boot between the images.
Don't go for 7-8 images - only 3 + 1 partition as HDD. Do it exactly as described!!!!
You probably missed something in settings.... try again but carefully... ;)
Here, just in case you missed it....
For NordVPN there is another option: nordvpnmanager - see in Plugins > Extensions....
But you need to deal with all the files properly - auth, cert...
Not "together" but press the small black one and HOLD IT!!!! Do NOT let go!
Now, press the big white one and let it go BUT still hold the small black one.
Wait, 'till it starts flashing red/white - only then let go of the small black one.
Get 5-6 different USB sticks. Older ones are OK, smaller are better. You must find a COMPATIBLE USB stick!
ZGEMMA H9 MODELS
(H9X/H9.2X ONLY!!!!!!)
This procedure is for models: H9S (first and second generation with WiFi), H9T, H9.2S, H9.2H.
They have 256MB NAND/"flash" - as just one of the differences with Combo/Twin models, which have a larger 8GB eMMC/"flash" and multiboot built-in...
=====================================================================================
1) download an image of your choice to your PC/laptop and
2) decompress it onto FAT32 formatted USB stick (this will send the "unzipped" h9 folder and 2 additional files [bootargs.bin and fastboot.bin] to the USB memory stick)
3) take the USB stick safely out of your PC (i.e. properly remove it...)
4) switch off your Zgemma H9 at the back, using the white power button
5) shove the USB stick into the back USB port of your H9
6) press and hold the small, black RESET button at the back, then
7) press the white POWER button, while holding the RESET button
8) once you see the LED flashing (changing colour between white and red), only then let go of the black RESET button
9) wait a bit...
10) The tutorials on how to set it all up are in Enigma2 Teams > PurE2 section of this grand forum here > PurE2 Team

These babies are cheap as chips, so they have some HW limitations, like smaller NAND/"flash" ("hard drive"). However, no matter, as we can easily make it bigger cheaply, using an mSD card or USB stick and the procedure to do that, explained in some detail by yours truly is here: Expanding Zgemmas H9x and H9.2x flash to a Micro SD card or USB stick 2.0/3.0...
