Also, I tried to 'block' people but it's not working. I gave out the following line to my other box:
F: dm500upstairs premsports 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2, 963:0:0 }
Which should block access to Sly, however my dm500upstairs can still see the card and use it.
Similarily, I tried:
F: dm500upstairs premsports 2 0 0 ( 0:0:2, 603:0:0 }
Which did not block access to JSC.

Thanks, card is clearing but sometimes uses a peer instead - how can I stop this? Force it to use my card?
It's also sharing now, the only issue is I had to physically remove the CAM otherwise the box kept saying 'Smart Card Missing' - any ideas of a solution here?

For some reason i thought you owned a duo, which receiver do you have?
If you only have one card slot an external reader it will have to be of if you have another box on your network it is possible to use that as a reader.
That is correct, I own a Duo but can't locate a second card slot.
Hopefully oscam can keep it updated, im sure another user will be able to say if this is the case, if not you will need to leave the card overnight in the cam at regular intervals.

That explains alot then, the card needs to be in the internal reader to share it.
So, what do you suggest mate? It's the Idert_o CAM, without it the card didn't used to update properly.
Mine is irdet_o, I also have the CAM reader for it.
I simply copied over the cccam config files from the old DM500 which was sharing it.
Can your peers see the jsc card or just the sly.
Just the Sly, even those without restrictions (so meant to have normal access to both).

I got my cards both reading but only the Sly card is being shared, the JSC card is not. Even without restrictions (so clines for both).
JSC clears with the card though.

By the cccam (fline related) posts. If you are running cccam then there is no point running dvapi, this is only needed for those using purely oscam as both client & server.
Understood so I can get OSCAM to read Sly, use an N line in cccam to 'open' it and share it. Whilst opening JSC in cccam and sharing it. Thanks. :)

You need to activate the dvapi function so oscam works as server, create new accounts for peers in oscam.user and give out c lines as normal.
I want to share using CCcam though, so there is only the one oscam user which is me, with an N line for the Sly Card in cccam.cfg.

However, I shall be running OSCAM + CCcam.
OSCAM will read my Sly UK card and CCcam will share it, JSC still works fine being read and shared by CCcam.
Is it therefore possible to use OSCAM to read Sly and share it, whilst the cccam.cfg file reads JSC and shares it with the above mentioned settings.
Is it possible to share my 2 different cards separately in a VU+ Duo?
I have bought one and it's arrived, I don't want to share Card 1 with Card 2, I wan't to keep them separate. Possible or not? :)
This was made some time ago now, I also made some pli backups with mixed results. Try this i am sure you will not be dissapointed.
Just bought a VU+ so I won't be needing this yet! I'll use it though when I get the other card I'm getting. :)

When I reboot, my card does not clear as it tries to use CCcam instead of OSCAM.
I am running OSCAM with CCcam.
I've tried to telnet and kill CCcam and then start OSCAM again, it worked once but isn't now.
Can any one help me? I really need just instructions to follow in telnet to get OSCAM running again and then CCcam.
