I can't post the error logs when it occurs as webif won't open, OSCAM doesn't seem to run.

Looks like it's not clearing again, but this time on OSCAM. :(

Oh yeh of course, I'm returning the expensive ones once I've bought some cheaper ones that I can test/work.

I added a peer to CCCam and then rebooted the box. It came back on and said Starting OSCAM with CCCam 2.1.3 - as normal.

I tried channels and nothing would work.

I could still FTP the box and connect to the DM500 Webpanel.

I could not connect to the OSCAM webif.

I tried rebooting the box again and saw a quick error message flash up "Can't find file.../var/tuxbox..."

So I assumed that it was an OSCAM config file, I FTP the box and tried to reupload the config files and the upload for the .user file failed.

I couldn't kill OSCAM in the rush and decided to simply reflash the box. It's been fine for 24 hours since I uploaded the flash yesterday night which included reboots and restarts.

Are their any ideas as to what happened, and if it were to happen in the future, how can I find what that error actually was? Does the DM log those errors, I know OSCAM can log it's own.

Yep like FergyC, I can confirm OSCAM clears Premier Sports well.

I do really need it tonight, no TV since yesterday.

My dreambox died and I need to reflash it using a Null Modem Cable.

I've been told that the Null Modem Cable is not the same as a Serial or RS232 Cable.

I was searching Maplin and I found these two products:

Would I need to reflash my box with the Open PLI image, or could I upload the plugin via FTP? I'm running Nabilo Darkstar.

Can any one help me configure the EPG on my DM500S, I just want it to be longer than now and next.

Found a null modem cable, but no port on the PC to connect to, where to go from here?

I don't have a null modem cable, looks like I'm screwed then for now.

Great now my dreambox is in a start up wizard loop, can't even reflash it.

Also I got an issue and had to reflash, but now Pick TV will use CCCam and not OSCAM. This is with the back up, which was fine before. Any ideas?

What's the latest, most stable version of OSCAM?
