Rami in your config you have to have ***uk in the user account in AU. you have AU=1 this needs to be AU=***uk to match the reader label in order for auto update to work through Oscam. All other users can have AU=1 but at least the first or one needs to have AU=***uk.

Any ideas here guys, just got this box back home and sure enough if you go into the CCcam menu and do a test it says successful then if you back out to a scrambled channel (sly sports) it clears fine. Now when you switch the box to standby and back on it doesn't clear channels, you have to do another test to get it to come back online. I have reflashed with aquillas november and march images and it still does the same. Any ideas guys, this is a brand new box.... Steve

EDIT:: this gets stranger... If I use my local server address eg.192.168.0.xx on my home lan it works . If I use my dnydns.org address it initially works but will not connect it you turn the box off. This is a valid dnydns addy as my other mates are fine and as I say it initially connects and clears??? Spooky

EDIT":: just used my real external IP addy and that works as welll so its only my dyn addy its not working on??

    Hi guys,
just set up an eaglebox mini hd for a mate. Tested it locally and it was fine. he took it home and connected via homeplugs and could not clear channels. Oscam didn't see him online so I asked him to go into cccam settings and run the test option at the end of the menu. As soon as he did this I saw him pop up on oscam and the test said success.

Problem is as soon as he backs out of the setup menu it drops offline? I know the settings are saved as if he goes back in he just runs test again and he gets the success message and he pops up again in oscam? Is there something I am missing here as I asked him if there were any save options on menu but he says no. I can't remember offhand. It is set to server 1 and CCCam on

Sure this must be a stupid thing thats being missed. Cheers guys

M8 as far as I understand you, you want to setup a linux server that just reads your card and give out shares to your family. Thats fine you don't need a dish or lnb for that. As long as your family have a dish looking at the satellite that your card is for. If you want to see channels then you will need a dish pointing at the same satellite. (as you have a card I assume you have a box and dish) You say you don't have dreambox but want to add tv tuner in server? I think you would be better off getting a cheapo HD box and accessing that through the web interface if you want to watch it on the PC. As far as smargo or omnikey goes it's down to personal choice I use two smargos on powered hubs and they are fine, some people prefer omnikey. Hope this helps

Thanks for that ten. also for highlighting it in the oscam error log. I will now know where to look for things like that in the future another nibblet of info

Hi Cookie m8 just went to steamboard wiki and updated whitelist with this...
    0963:000000 B3,B4,B7,3B,3E,42,44,45,47,4B,4E,4F,50,53,54,56,5F,6A,6C,61,62,64,65,66,67,68,69,6A,6B,6C,6D,6E,6F,70,71,72,73,74,76,77,78,79,7A,7C,7D,7E,80,82,85,8B,89

Rebooted oscam after oscam server change with new whitelist and still not clearing. its the only channel so my thoughts were whitelist. checked my entitlements and they are up to 25th May so all looks good there

Hi Nano thanks m8 for the reply Haven't updated the card in the original box for ages. I was thinking ecm whitelist will have a look at that. I think I can remember it being shown on steamboard oscam wiki is that right

    Cheers guys

HI guys dont know if this is the right place but here goes. I have a technomate TM 2T oe with vix image and was playing around with autotimerer in the epg screen (blue button)to see how it works. Anyway I decided to test it on corrie. It found 50 instances on all different channels and queued them up for recording. I deleted them by going into the timer menu and pressing red delete on evey one (long job) anyway later on they all came back. It has done this for the last few days. I keep deleting them but they return. I must be missing something or not deleting them right. This is doing my head in. Can anybody give me a hint as to get rid of them permanently. Cheers guys

cracked it! It's tuner A. I did a automatic scan and it found 735 channels which I thought was low. (auto scan uses Tuner A) I then run a manual scan using tuner B and it found 985 channels. Went to sly movies and selected premiere HD and got "tune failed" message. went to system settings and changed the preferred tuner setting from auto to tuner B rebooted enigma and all channels now work. Will contact our illustorous WOS sponsor and hopefully get it swopped out
