uninstall ostool then install it again because the api and user setting is set if you do a server in yoiur config then oscam works
and you need set cccam thats all dont know how to say clearly -
install ostool again
and dont change the first user and the dvbapi
on you need to do is config cardreader and the other users that is what you need to doand the part from cccam ofcource

1 question do you use oscam in android or openelec ?

for people who wil try this and you must config diseqc config if you use a standard lnb
choose then in the config for 9750/10750mhz ku band LNBF (Linear)
if you look for asta2 28.2 East, you mus look for Eutelsat 28A
save the config and reboot the wetek so you are sure the vdr read again the diseqc.confi wil make later a tutorial about this :)

WHAT I FOUND, If you use Win32 Diskmanager to load Openelec image to sd card it reduces capacity of sd card to 256mb instead of 4gb of which i think makes running on sd card slower, any thoughts, i loaded mine into nand flash and it runs lighning, sd card was scandisk 4gb.
on your sd card have you 2 partition fat 32 and 1 ext3 or 4 i am not sure but it is a linux partition standard you can that not seen in windows
