the problem that i have is there not showing on the epg and were there used to be the channel name its now blank. does anyone have any ideas what am doing wrong or can i upload the picons i made to the form and maybe an expert could have a look at them and see whats wrong??

tsmedia 4.4 works only on openpli 4 on my vusolo.
1channel and icefilms dont work on any image anymore. tried vix, blackhole,openpli.

Yes as already stated, i believe this is a vix issue as im watching a movie25 stream with no problem on the openpli image.

Okay firstly, i would like to thank the author/s of this plugin for great work and continued support in keeping us all entertained.....

I have had a lot of issue's on the newer vix images with this plugin and a few others.....
Have now switched to openpli 4 and had a lot less..... and most streams now work but have always prefured to download anyway.

I ended up using two 25" K brackets and a 6ft scaffold tube thats solid and very heavy. I knew it would be windy.....The mounts themselves are not moving it is the dish flexing in the wind and when it calms down it returns back to where it should be. Problem is once it really gets gusting and flexing you can see the lnb moving about half an inch back and forth. I guess this is the free play in the motor that looks really bad at the lnb as its right at the end......Once you get it moving that you can forget about watching anything....Its an all new setup with a digital led metal gear motor.
Im going to shorten the 25" brackets as they dont need to be so long and try a 80cm mesh dish.
Can anyone recommend a good 80cm mesh dish and universal LNB ? Seen some on flea bay for 35 quid.

Also nearly new 1.1m dish up for grabs if anyone is interested.....

No i wish i could but i live end of terrace. Its right on a corner and is the only place i could put it to get a full arc. Pissed the neighbours off already.....their faces when it went up.... priceless.:waaaht:

Advise would be greatly appreciated, I currently have a 1.1 meter motorised setup but i have had to remove it due to the high winds where i live.:too_sad:
Basically it looks out over an old air port and the wind really gusts and blows it out of alignment. So can only watch on calm days.
It is also so large that on full pan to the east i have got my lnb hanging over a public footpath..... so the plan is to downsize.
How do the mesh type dish's perform?
What is an acceptable size mesh dish to recieve the 3pm footie on in the london area.

You need the correct CCCam config for the image you are using, So blackhole and Openvix may use differant ones.
Once installed you will then need to edit the cccam.cfg file with your details.
What used to work on your openbox you need to forget about. Welcome to the world of linux.
Why not try one of the backup images on here.....

Well i have to say i think this plugin is brill, looking forward to an updated release with a 1channel fix. Almost everything else works so dont know what some have complained about. Great work to its coders.

Exit and go into plugins to xbmc and inside addons you should see plugin.video.videodevil ..
it takes a few seconds for it to open ...
Once you can access this ,then try out another plugin ...

All working via oscam here, watching first Scottish game now

I cant understand the hype with these IPTV streams, 70% dont work, 20% have audio sink issues or are not english and most of the working ones freeze. I have a 30meg connection.....and the plugin crashes my VU solo after you keep trying channels that dont work......

Thanks for your reply, the NAS drive has its own software on it, to enable folders to be public or secured. I have managed to mount it on my Amiko Alien 2 without too many issue's.
I did not need to install samba on the amiko.
On my openbox i am able to find the drive under the network browser and have tried every which way/ setting in mount manager, but it still dosn't come up under the media player or wont save EPG data to it. Have been reading users of VU+ solo have also had issues mounting a nas drive, wondered if it was a common issue or if im just doing something wrong??
As the software has been "doctored" to run on the "clone" wondered if thats the issue?? I take it the are no issue's with a Solo??

Been trying for a few days to mount my drive on my S6000hd but not working on Vix or openpli.
Has anyone managed this?? If so what firmware and short instuction would be great.
