Display More256MB flash is no obstacle. You know that, right?
T2-MI works in Zgemma, apparently. If not, get the plugin for it by Dimitrij.
So, just one HiSilicone STB is OK fully with C-Band, i.e. it has a full blindscan. But that is enough to go on...
We must insist that the Zgemma devs do the full C-Band symbol rates (100 to 80000) Blindscan...
In Broadcom it's only partially working in C-Band for one other STB, I see...
But perhaps we can get it to work there, as well?
OKI, let me see what I can do...
Yes.. I know about only 256 flash... solve using expand script.
If you see video details, sf8008, working hardware T2-MI blindscan... find all PLP/PIDS, no plugin, no astra-sm... example: 3999 L 3750 PLP 103 PID 64 (video 0:17, 1:19)
Zgemma works, same way to my Zero4k (no native hw/drivers, only sw implementation)... tried a lot of times and ways... this is a best way to test blindscan not only for T2-MI ("and" for discovery all kind of feeds/new transponders, not only stored anywhere for only a kind of "manual" scan)
For Broadcom, I have zero (mips) and my friend tell me about Edision osnino4k: both working fine too C-Band.
And you said: "now we must wait" if solve/fix drivers.
Thanks
I think best solution now (if someone need) is buy Octagon SF8008 to do blindscan C band: low and high symbol rates (100 ~ 80000), T2-MI, enough flash...etc...
Vu Zero 4k, only symbol rates (1000 ~45000), T2-MI for 40.5w only using astra-sm, etc
Zgemma h9s, only 256 flash, don't work C blindscan, T2-MI for 40.5w only using astra-sm too, etc
This is I think now about these STBs...
Vu zero 4k, broadcom, but same tuner too and Blindscan C working fine (except low and high symbol rates).... I'm using /tmp stored .xml files to send to Zgemma h9s.
About h9s, I think is only fix drivers...
Give us the details of these STBs with the same HW, with fully working Blind scan, so I can send it over to Zgemma developers...

Blindscan in Brazil would need to be different, I suppose...?
Frankviana, you are Brazilian, right? And you need C-Band etc.? 'Cause Ku is fine...
That is down to the drivers and I suppose all Americans should band together and write to Zgemma/HiSilicone/Broadcom to develop that part...
Yes... I'm Brazilian and we need blindscan C-Band. I think they don't have good solutions and more important only ku-band. Some receivers working fine using same specs/cpu/tuner...etc.
But thanks...
I need to test new PurE2 image (h9s) to see if solve some "mistakes"...
Last, new 6.5 image, I saw slowly menu zapping and no blindscan. I know...and hear again: "contact support to fix blindscan"... no problem...
Tests with codecs, work wonderful, but we need fix somethings.
About codecs, a little difference drivers inside between SoC's like broadcom and Hi
I don't know why, but my zgemma h9s moving zapping very slowly (channel lists). Another problem, after online upgrade today I don't see menu setup anymore (black screen when press menu button).
I'll try new flash to see if solve this 2 problems.
I have simmilar problem (slowly channel lists) using dm800se. Both receivers, I did fresh OpenATv installation (only english 800se) to compare and fast (normal) zapping.
I don't have access to forum PurE2 to post some things, but here problem using my Zgemma h9s
Screenshot don't show video, only OSD
Backupsuite 12 from opkg source don't work too. I'm using external version and working fine. Automatic full backup don't install too.
PurE2 backup don't restore, only backup images.
And waiting solve blindscan C band.
Display MoreThese tuners in Zgemmas do:
DVB-S/DVB-S2(X)
and there you'll find
QPSK
8PSK
16APSK and
32APSK
ordinary and multistream etc. etc.
Tests today using OpenPli 7.2, multistream 40.5 work only astra-sm. Satellites.xml appear all data to scan (id, plp), but save "data" channels, no "tv" decaped channels. No solve blindscan too. I don't see difference between all images tested: same (a lot of) problems.
I think now only Edision and OCTAGON dvbs2X tuners...
All the rest, only astra-sm or another way... My zero 4k I make manually all steps here for 40.5w working fine.
Display MoreDrivers need to be improved.
Where have you bought the device?
Have you written to your dealer and Air Digital?
Have you tried manually putting all the parameters and scanning?
Not sure if I understood... This is a quick reply from my mobile... Try network parameter as well...
I bought here, in Brazil from my friend. He send me after test a lot of problems, including installation Kodi (not enought flash).
I don't have Air Digital contact... I don't know if solve too, because I don't understand about drivers/code source to report. I think the best way is "images" owners to change own bsp/drivers.
Manually don't work for C band... don't change (only 10700 / 12750) parameters
Manual scan (60000)
Blindscan (C band)
Loop and wrong format

I think is possible change this options, by driver, like Sf8008 (100 ~80.000)
We have many wild feeds here in America and the only way to pick them is by blind scan, here in America blind scan is a must.
Thanks for your suggestions.
Regards.
Chewie
Yes... Here too in Brazil. We have a lot of feeds everyday... Then, I don't want receiver only to watch channels, but much more...
Today, I did tests using OpenATV... then same problems. No blindscan plugin, no symbol rate 60.000. A lot of problems with T2-MI, missing drivers for siano (mygica s270) - smssdio, for example.
AirDigital don't have good support do fix a lot of reports around the all foruns.
Honestly, I'm really sorry to have bought this device.
In my tests, H9s, all images don't have blindscan plugin C band working (3400 ~4200, for example) and (only Ku).. then, I'm using my vuzero4k to do this...
According support SF8008, changing own drivers, symbol rate working fine blindscan starting 100 until 80000. H9s, same cpu and demod, only 1000 to 45000... and now, for me, all images available don't have good choice.
compatible channels 4k
Hi friend,
Do you have all picons for 43w? Send me please.
Do you have for openATV?
links off... please upload again
I have Vu Zero 4k - OpenPli 6.2 and appear this message: socket ignored.
Backup full ok, but why this error?
