Slyk EPG 7 day downloader

    Can you please double check that you are getting the EPG for all the new BBC HD channels? I have tried with unique IDs and Match rytec IDs


    I am not getting EPG for

    BBC One Lon HD, 1:0:19:287B:800:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

    BBC One Wst HD, 1:0:19:285B:7FE:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

    BBC One SW HD, 1:0:19:2865:7FE:2:11A0000:0:0:0:


    London swapped over to HD last week. Some swapped over yesterday/today but they have EPG

    Although 101 is missing on the sky page, the channel is on 801.

    abu baniaz you might need to add it to the manual-refs.txt file like for now, like I do for the multiple regional itv channels.

    Thats what that file is for. As my plugin struggles with regionals as if I remember correctly there is no direct name in the json.
    The refs are got from the lamedb file

    So yesterdays scan did not have in bbc one lon hd in the lamedb

    Just scanned ABM again and its appeared. So lets clear my epg and run slyk7day again and see what I get

    Nobody uses cable nowadays.


    The service references you are using are not in the standard format. can you explain the difference?

    My plugins converts between the lamedb format to the more common format.

    Bother, i forgot to change on of the capital letters that is why it did not work for me. Can you add something to treat everything in lowercase?


    For king of sat, somebody has to upload those details. ABM reads from the data tables on satellite directly. Just modify the mix file that create csvs and it will generate the references for you. might as well as add another column for the reference you use. Enable not indexed and you will get everything, not just what is in your region.

    KiddaC, since upgrading to OpenATV 7.X, scheduling in SlykEpg7Day hasn't worked. It functions when run manually. Extract from error below.

    As well as the error in my previous post, the following is now happening when running SlykEpg7Day manually or by a schedule.


    For clarity, My Octagon SF8008 is operating the latest version of 7.3.


    My mum and dad's Zgemma H9S is operating 7.2 and doesn't experience this problem.

    One of the SKY API urls is no longer working.
    Its been a while since I wrote or even used this plugin so I will load it on my box and see if there is a workaround.

    I forget about this plugin. Then once a year perfectium pops up and tells me my plugin is broke. :smiling face:

    To fair, if it only breaks once a year, that's pretty impressive as it has no maintenance at all.


    Anyway I fixed it for you (and anyone else that still uses this plugin).


    BBC SD channels will be blank now as all BBC sd channels are now dead.
