If you have deleted xstreamity, jedi, jediepgxtream and bouquetmaker. Any of those relevant folders in etc/enigma2 can be removed.
After deleting userbouquets, also edit your bouquets.tv to remove the iptv entries from there 2.

Where will I find "bouquets.tv" and do I modify it by uploading, editing it in notepad, and then downloading it to the Zgemma.

same folder enigma2 use notepad++ to edit not normal notepad

Its possible, at least if you use Xstreamity. I haven't tried using BMX. Here's how using Xstreamity. Quote is from Kiddac.
A recording is classed as a connection.
Watching a stream is classed as a connection.
Therefore watching and recording at the same time is classed as 2 connections.
If you are only allowed 1 connection you cannot record and watch a stream at the same time. One or the other will stop. Usually the recording.
As BadBlake has quoted. If you only have 1 connection, you set your recording and exit watching iptv streams. (i.e. switch to satellite tv instead)
If multiple connections are allowed with your subscription. i,e you are allowed 2 or more connections you can record and watch at the same time.
One way around it is you have 2 iptv subscriptions. Record on one. Switch to the other provider to watch.

I don't have a subscription, I was just trying out IPTV via an M3U link I got from Github

Same thing but discussion is BMX also also if downloading vod or series they will download as 4097 because those are video files mkv or mp4
normally most use BMX for live and may only download as DVB (1) and as stated you you cannot watch iptv (live) stream and downlod without multiroom connection.

Is it possible, that EPG import do not working right because we need playlist type m3u_plus?
As I can see, that differences between m3u and m3u_plus, that plus containing tvg-id and tvg-name ..., so more complex
Unfortunately I can not enter &type=m3u_plus, because after plugin start this line in playlist.txt always corrected with ...&type=m3u...

1.No EPG import has nothing to do with this.
2. If I write in playlists.txt with “m3u_plus” and copy under: /etc/enigma2/xstreamity it stays that way.
EDIT:
I didn't notice anything between "m3u" and "m3u_plus" in terms of program quantity or quality or EPG on Xsteamity.

yes, in xstreamity it stay, but in my BMX it is corrected by the plugin...
I haven't tried BMX yet.
KiddaC would have to give an answer here as to whether BMX is actually abbreviated?
I have found the major issue, I have missing stream type "4097" before channel reference ..
for example: in file bouquetmakerxtream.channels.xml containing
