Maybe try changing your DNS. Mine is currently set to google. Although I usually have it set as cloudflare.

If 1.29 works and 1.30 doesn't it is probably something in the code. But I don't know what at this precise moment in time.

  • I have lost my EPG from my provider as a result of their anti blocking technology. The work around I have is to install a second playlist which does get blocked by my ISP during EPL. So at least I can browse the EPG and then flick to the alternative playlist.

I tried to enter this URL into the alternative EPG playlist line in the playlist settings of the one I’ve that doesn’t get blocked but that has no effect.

Any ideas on how I get my epg working?

you need to add EPG url in correct format

    http://domain.xyx:80/xmltv.php?username=user&password=pass

Have you tried using a vpn.

EPGs are based off channel-ids. You cannot just use another providers epg address. Although in theory you can if you use my other plugin JediEPGXtream
The alternative epg url is for when your provider uses an alternative epg rather than them using the default API one.

  • ... and another bug...

Hmmm, but at the moment I don't know why

    do now

    18:08:48.9585 *** start ***

    18:08:48.9594 *** epgimportercleanup ***

    18:08:48.9653 Error: list.remove(x): x not in list

  • Playlists downloader works, whether concurrent futures, multiprocessing or sequential depending on your image.

So I don't know whats causing that blank playlist screen above.

I will do another release now and see where we at.

  • And reading a post on my xstreamity thread, I might have broke catchup on this as I copied over the same amends to this plugin.
So can people who have catchup check their catchup. I might have messed up the server offsets.
Probably wont effect people in the UK, but might effect non uk users

In fact I am not even testing that today. Its that time of the year when the clocks go back. EPGS get messed up. Catchup gets messed up.
I will check that next week, when everything gets back in sync

  • Just been informed of another issue. :face with rolling eyes:

Update Bouquets isn't updating external or locally correctly resulting in broken bouquets. :loudly crying face:

on what I just did update bouquets and checked enigma2 folder and they have updated using external playlists

P.S. I am still using v1.30 I will update to v1.31 and try.

Edit: installed v1.31 and bouquets are updating ok using external playlists on openatv 7.4

Right I have fixed that now as well.
I wasn't resetting some values on looping through the playlists. So some functions were being skipped as it thought it already had data.

  • BouquetMakerXtream (BMX) - v1.32

    New files on post 1

Fixed external or local playlists not updating correctly if an xtream list updated first.

Done for today. Keep mentioning any little bugs. We are in a better place.

  • The issue was if for example in your playlists you had

    xtream playlist
    external playlist

The external one was picking up the values from the xtream playlist.

On clicking update all, the subboquets were not being made for the external.

If just xtream, or just external or just local, you wouldnt have seen the issue.
It was only when there was a mix of playlists.
