Which firmware best for octagon sf8008 ( please read first before answering )

I have been googling around, and trying different firmwares. So far as for the use of satellite tv i got a good impression of Pure2 and OpenBH.

But i also had a good impression of Define OS.

That it has kind of launcher. With a menu on screen to choose for kodi, netflix. But i wasnt very impressed of the satellite settings of Define OS.

So does somebody maybe know if there is a firmware that has a menu like Define OS and satellite options like OpenBH, Pure2 ?

Or if i can create some kind of button or widget in these firmwares? For kodi, netflix. Instead of going to the plugin list all the time. Thanks!

Openatv 7.4 beta the best

Multiboot otherwise there is nothing, is not an Andriod receiver, but there are such receivers.

If blindscanning and tuner versatility is important I would check out TNAP on legitfta.com.
There is a good section on the SF8008 receiver covering many things you may expect of it from the specifications posted, but are not actually true.
As close to a second party review as you can get. The deficiencies may surprise you. The capabilities of it might also.

OpenATV. The best for me.

OpenBH 5.4 .

In OpenBH 5.4 all works fine , also are good options Openpli9 and PuerE2&OpenHDfreaks.

Sd card in box , execute script for installing multiboot on it , You can find all about it here on forum , and the games may begin

Put all available images inside multiboot and test every one for a few days and see for Your self ...

Allmost 10 different images is recommended in this thread , but nobody really know what are Your needs and wishes , that is only up to You to discover

But to me for this box the best image is OpenATV 7.4

The two images I use on my Box Sf 8008 are Egami and OBH, in my opinion the ones that run best on the box.

Tried to check on legitfta.com. They promised to send activation but never did so up to now...almost a week or more, already.
