  • evening peeps

well ive finally decided its time to let some pros help me, i am stubborn should ave asked sooner but like a gambler the win is just round the corner but it never comes lol

ive decided to upgrade my dm800 server to a debian server, bout 3 months ago.
i struggled a bit (1.5months) with the old laptop i had, never got it connected properly ever, so i thought buy a 2nd hand tower and be dun with it, well that was 1 month ago.......... well here i am.

what i didnt realise was compared to running a 800 just cccam server, this has been like learning from steven hawkins, it goes in you nod to say yes and im left wondering what the hell that was all about, this linux system has totally lost me,

anyway tens brilliant tutorial installing oscam cccam worked perfectly thats in i can see both............ ive had cccam seeing clients webinfo, reader is working and connection to cccam working in oscam webinfo,

so my probs (i dont no what i have done) are clients arent connecting to cccam webinfo now and in oscam all i get is this......

like i said this linux stuff has taken me to the edge now ive been doing this from bout seven in the evening till some nights 1.30-2.30 ish for nearly 4 weeks please help.
on a side note i cant work out if ive got cron jobs running or not, also i cant ftp or transfer files to the server with winscp but if i need to start a new thread for these ones please let me no.
please dont tell me look through the search bar or read through these pages i have, ive read and read and read, like i said up top i dont understand this linux system and i dont like to be beaten by a computer especially when the answers are here hence why 3 months ave nearly passed without a thread being made untill now..................
sorry to go on so long with the SA....if anyone could help be much appreciated

i wondered why i couldnt send the whole message on one page loads of smilling faces lol

  • Do you have a nline with this syntax in your client`s CCcam.cfg ?

    N: your server`s ip 12000 ***UK theserver 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

If you do have then take a look again in user names passwords and all other reasons of no connecting client to server.

    Regards

  • ok shut down for 5 mins restarted, getting exactly the same.......... no clients in cccam webinfo and in oscam webinfo its the same logs as above... gggggrrrrrrrr, so do all my other setting look good ten i shouldnt b adding anything or deleating anything apart from that line u told me to?

The rest of your configs look fine if this is your full cfg, try restaring the router also & check that the cccam lines have now gone from oscam.conf

  • sorry satmate didnt see your post there.............................. yes both the same buddy, just cheked config again ten and that line u told me to deleate has come back

Theres your prob then mate, remove it using the webinfo then restart oscam there also. After you will be left with an oscam.conf.bak file in your config folder, you can safely delete this one.

  • ok restarted oscam as u said..... i havnt done the above yet............. getting a different type of reading now

  • Ten,

We have done the following but no joy!

Changed whitelist to include 62 (using mine) but still error? There was also an error on 69 but that was and is now present in whitelist

    Deleted ecm whitelist

Saved and restarted in between changing and still the same error?

    Any Ideas?
