does anybody know how to fix an USB port which is not working on an openbox S11, when i go into the menu where it says upgrade by usb, when i cursor down to it it skips pass it, is there any way of turning the port on. i know the usb stick works because i have a s10 which as no problems.

As daft as it sounds the Box may just not like that Usb so worth a try with another type as well
I have seen it happen before where the Pc saw the Usb fine but the Box would not yet another of the Same model Did fine -
make an introduction buddy as per forum rules,
and some s10 firmwares disable the USB feature. you will need an rs232 to reflash a different image to use USB feature.

never heard of s10 disabling the usb.
menus get disabled after loading the wrong firmware, but never the usb port.
the connector is probably broken if the receiver doesn't detect the usb stick when inserted. -
