    run package update from terminal and then install those packages libpcsc-perl and libgtk2-perl.


    sudo apt-get update _
    then
    something like sudo apt-get install libpcsc-perl

  • card sharing

    First thing is to get a Linuxsat receiver like VU uno ¬ Or any Enigma2 box.


    Then do as Master G says and un pair the card so it works in the Linux box _


    Then you can think about sharing from linux box to another box with somebody.

    All the info you require is on the forum and lots of people will point you in the right direction so you can experiment.


    No one is going to spoon feed you the info or do it for you as you'll need to grasp the idea yourself to be reliable as a sharer !

  • snapped sly card - is it possible to find the card number?

    disconnect the sly box from the dish so there is no way of data getting to the card _ ! basicly just power and hdmi cable and ensure its not connected to wireless network if its a wifi enabled box just to be sure ! Go to system details and get card number ¬ You might need some tweezers to get it out again though :54_002:


    Yes re-activation can take place in the server provided it was setup correctly for updating entitlements.

    I done back to back test and posted results here on the forum somewhere a couple of years ago now.


    Omnikey with debian server ecm time down to 89ms local newcamd protocol in CCcam ( using N Line )
    Smargo with debian server ecm time always over 100 ms _ i think 120 ?


    I think omnikey is a better reader for that job in my experience > i will search posts later see if i can find :bong:

  • Catseye Issue for Motor

    I downloaded catseye 15/05/15 full set 60east to 70 west from ts panel today _ all working fine !


    Go back and check through ts panel .


    Although i have noticed with VIX hades images that ts panel download of catseye settings gives N/A on all channels _ i have seen that twice ! once with the nano and nano 2t so there could be an issue around that build _
    I have manually uploaded chanell list to hedes using db edit with out issue ? Strange

    usualy picon are accessed from usb stick !


    make a folder called picon and put them in there ¬ put stick in box and they should appear if all goes well .:frozen:
