what version of image? what plugin? do you reboot after installing?
some plugins dont show up in plugin folder ,,maybe in extensions..

download it unrar to a usb stick and follow the usual USB flashing procedureBUT.... ¿ why do you want to return the stb ?? it is one of the best dualtuners on the market...

try mapping it to media/usb - save and reboot.

suites me oul flower , it´s an IPK... you ftp it to tmp and install then reboot....
If you want to do it manually ,you need something like 7zip to strip it then as you say manually ftp the folder over to

I have had "strange things" happening to the UNO since trying to update from bh 2.0.2 meoboot revenge to rev.B

make a Full backup of what you have on , then uninstall TS panel , lastly Full restart is required,,, see if it settles down..
or start from 0 and start adding everything back on except ts panel....
keep us updated ,,, -
cut out all external connections to your server only keeping your internal connections to your amiko alien..
see if it makes a difference..
¿ how many peers have you got?
as glitching can be caused by having too many peers taking from the same caid:sid at once or simply too many peers -
make sure there are no other usb ports being used while carrying this out...
All the pointers you have quoted are correct,, so as already mentioned ;
USB stick isn´t correctly formatted,
Image is corrupt,
instead of creating the folders vuplus/duo,
simply unrar the backup you are trying out and these folders should already exist containing the correct files.. -
For your first image if there is none on it ( you can press menu- information-about) to see if there is.
then I suggest you try out one of the already prepared backups you can find here on site .
Once you begin ot understand how it works then you can start afresh .. -
must be something to do with idreamx as I used DCC to transfer it with no problems in fact just updated it today on bh 2.0.2

I already have it stripped down to my needs..will probably strip it from plugins as
I´m currently trying the rev.B image out in avalon on media/usb so I can take full advantage of both images ;)
