    Slightly off topic but..
    About the Movie Channels, I have had Sly World HD for 2 years and I have not once in those 2 years watched a movie, I pretty sure the kids have not either..
    The odd time I have seen a movie in the EPG and downloaded it to watch whenever the fek I want. I have Serviio media server setup and it whips the sh1t out of Sly Movies Repeats.com
    In short, I wish Sly would just Scrap the Movie Channels & reduce the Sub price..


    The only thing Sly was any good for (in my opinion) is a bit of live sport & with their flag carrier (EPL Coverage) split between Sly, BT, Setanta & ESPN, not to mention the 3pm kick-off's its obvious they are not the answer for that any more either. Im struggling to find a good reason to keep paying the extortionate fees that Sly cannot justify & the only answer I keep coming up with time after time is the fact that its so handy having all the main channels to keep the kids & missus happy bunched together in one package. Now that they are switching off channels, that excuse for keeping sly is fading away too.


    I will not ever pay sly & be forced to use their box's, not after getting a taste for what a real box can do with E2 onboard.


    I have still not lost any HD channels that I give a crap about but when for example the Kids HD channels go I will cancel HD, when any SD channels go I will cancel Sly.
    No drama and no loss, just €100 a month in my pocket rather than Ruperts..

    NDS CW Swapping is only for cache, also wait_time is only for cache-ex

    The problem I have described above is more than likely not your issue as it would need to be caching in some way shape or form which cannot happen if neither box is connected to the net or eachother.. Are you using dvbapi? If so, I have other configs that do not use dvbapi that I would also like you to test when you get a chance..


    Also m8, please post your configs so we can stop guessing, remove sensitive data, usernames, passwords ip's, dns address, port no's etc etc

    These settings are for more recent versions of oscam (post blaky update) so make sure you are on a reasonably new build..
    Also, If 0963 is the only NDS CAID you use, you can delete all other CAIDs from cwcycle_check_caid but probably better to leave as is if you are forwarding cache..


    Also 2, wait time 0963:105 is not enough to get the best out of cache-ex, most of those requests will also go to cards/proxies, try 200ms or above.. On my setup I found 260ms to be the optimum wait time for 0963..

    Read the first post, If you are recieving EMMs through cccam proto then yes, you will need to upgrade oscam..
    This issue was months back, so surely you would have noticed this before now?
    How long are you using SVN 8917 & have your entitlements ever updated in that time?

    I have noticed this on Eden +1, I had put it down to cache but its also happening directly from cards. Not freezing for the whole ECM time for me, but freezing far more regularly, probably every 5 mins..
    All seems OK now again, I will have another look tomorrow..

    No, nothing to do with oscam unstable build. All current oscam builds are marked unstable.. Can you post oscam log for this period please...

    For SlyUK I find this wiki pretty useful for Sly packs, EPG updates & Channel moves used in conjunction with kos for SID & frequency updates..

    Check 003:002 by rinning lsusb from terminal
    No need for boxid for this card in oscam..



    then hash out these lines in cccam.cfg

    A normal OScam/CCcam setup would have oscam reading card & sharing it to cccam which would be the server..


    From what you have posted, you could use a CCcam only setup..


    So before we start looking at your configs, decide what setup you want?


    CCcam only
    OScam only
    or
    OScam/CCcam


    I would recomend oscam only card reading server & cccam only on all the client box's

    Also, If you do not have a recent settings backup, Flash back to latest Zeus Image backup , then create settings backup, then flash latest Helios & restore settings...
