GB is OK, does all that it is supposed to. Some parts are better then others, but for the money you can't fault it

All it needs is more support, few images around, but for the last 3 months not much really is happening...

A normal manufacturer cycle, spit more hardware faster, so people will buy it, and in the meantime completely forget that for hardware to be successful, the software that drives it must be good (and that surely did not happen with solo or se)

OK, I honestly do not have the time to test the images. Some openAAF image works for me (opens all I need), so I will lave it & wait till there is really something ground breaking

I mean later like in 10 min time.
So it starts not being there and 10 min later it is there

channel settings must be fine, as the channel is received just fine...

Would like to know the answer, but for now it was just easier to get the provider to change it to 1803

Yes, as far as I know c-line with 1801 will not clear with cccam., it needs oscam
But I need cccam running as well for all the other shares to clear

If one gets c-line with Polsat CAID 1803 then it is not a problem with cccam

But with 1801 one needs to use it via oscam (as far as I can understand various post elsewhere)

I can not figure out how (single c-line can only connect once, so if oscam connects to remote host, then cccam will not)

So far I can not clear any Polsat 1801 channels

EPG does not show on this channel (plus few others)

And in web interface instead of being able to click on a channel (to watch on PC) I have "Nothing running"

The later it the EPG appears & channel is again selectable

You can place the config file wherever, that is why you use -c

Tested with latest 6665, but same error exists

It is TnK Conax card in a slot.
The card was already activated, but while playing with settings it did update the entitlement (from month to next) fine & it clears the channels.
Did not yet try the never version of oscam (will do & report back)

It almost seems that the message does nothing bad & is just a message

I have errors showing in log, but the card works OK, channels clear, AU works

OpenMips is most likely the way to go. Read that it is very stable (29042012 image at least)

Does all I need it for.

Does not play mp3/aac sound via optical from avi,
does not allow easy weather settings adjustment,
too many German words in various settings,
does not play internet radio if it is in .ogg format

All in all not bad unit, which requires lots more support, whichever image you chose, unless source becomes completely open - which might happen with openmips

Not really, do not need DVB-T at all, it is more just a curiosity

I assume the situation is "as it stands", surely it is only drivers issue? which will be rectified in due course...
