No, 51 has all you need - do NOT do anything with ROM and RAM there! If you already messed with that - deactivate it, abolish it, delete it...

Zgemma H2H is older, weaker HW and it might do with some shenanigans, not sure...

As you may have seen in the thread regarding ROM and RAM, you need to:

-open PuTTy, log into H2H (local network IP address; Telnet = port 23; username = root and password = pure2) and

    -give me the output for

    Code
    df -h

    and

    Code
    free

Here, you will see properly if you have SWAP or not (which you do in HD51 by default, so NO NEED TO MAKE IT THERE!).

You will also see how big your E2 partition and how much free space you have.

Which you could have also seen by going to MENU > Info > About > Storage > see Flash on top and RAM below.

Post the screenshot here... Then, we'll take it from there.... ;)

M8, read that thread of mine all the way to the end!!!

Otherwise: MENU > pManager > SW Manager > SW update is enough.

PurE2 is champion of OSCam, so it's up-to-date most of the time and it has the most versions of OSCam....

Config is in etc/tuxbox (depending on the version)

    Scripts are in /usr/script/cam

    Cams/bins: /usr/bin/cam

    "PurE2 V. 6.2 for DB800SE/DB500HD

Updated to the last stand, all the PurE2 *-FNC plugins should be up to date. And the rest of the stuff.

Well, that is sort of good news, the bad ones are that we cannot test these old boxes any more, as ours went to a better place :) I'm sure it is paradise as they were/are really wonderful, still today.

Sadly, it seems we have to close this 64MB flash chapter, however long and rather painfully we have tried to make it work decently.

I hope you guys with DB800SE and DB500HD will understand Pure2 position --> we simply can't make decent stuff without working boxes. Sorry, kind of end of the era... :crying1:

On the bright side, I do hope that the latest image do serve and function rather well for some time in the future.

May the 400Mhz beauty and really good drivers still be with you!"

nazagio - read the STICKIES in this section, esp. the one re. ESTUARY, how to make it do as you please!

    4) uhmm pheraps i dont inderstand or i dont explain well.... If i boot on second image i can install various plugin but these plugin, settings channels and other where are stored in...?

    5) In image like ItalySat/OpenPli HDMI-CEC is set to yes and when i power off dec also TV go in standby...but i try many setting in menu of purE2 hdmi-cec but the TV remain power on, alkso if dec go in standby

    4) Each partition is big and each image is SEPARATE! No mixing of stuff is possible like that!!!

With one exception: Kodi has a secret folder on /media/hdd/.kodi, where it puts its plugins, settings etc.

So, when you install, completely configure and equip Kodi once, for one image - you configured and equipped it for all the images.

Ergo, when you boot into another image you just have to install the Kodi plugin, which will then take everything from the previous installation, if you mount your HDD properly, the same way as in the first image, thereby saving you a lot of time!

    5) Just switch it off manually, then... :head banger::thank_you2:

    ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should see the form, FFS!!! It's longer than the list of stupid jokes in "Carry on regardless".... And they want to know everything(!!!), including when you last farted and the make of your wife's curler!!!! Bloody bastards!

Easier to make another APIkey and then maintain it, every 2 months or so....

    Ah, maybe it's this?

We've identified you as an owner or creator of one or more Google Cloud Platform projects which have been granted access to the YouTube API Services. The following projects have not accessed the Services in more than 90 days, and their API quota has been revoked in accordance with the Terms of Service.
    • Project apikeyxxxx (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
If you plan to resume use of the Services, you can request quota using the form linked below.

So, if you have your API key - you better access it at least once in 90 days, regularly....

I'll try to get the quota again and see if it'll work again...

    1) Well done, you found PurE2's Seekbar (in Infobar), whereas I forgot to seek there.... Your first contribution - good to see! ;) Thanx! :)

However, Seekbar at my end doesn't work but - SnackBar does.... I informed the coders that Franc's Seekbar is not working, even though he put it in a while back...

And once you set it up for FF >> and << RW, you have also set it up for >| and |< chapter seeking buttons.

    2) But we have Estuary with its serious complexity, which makes some things more difficult, I guess and so... Try all those other options for good measure - as a consolation prize - and see what works best for you... ;)

    3) Don't complicate it, it's simple, because it is built-in, no need for extra plugins:

MENU > Standby/RestartMultiboot Image Selector > choose and confirm...

    Any image should have this...

    4) SW update for an image is - SW update for that image, yes....

    5) HDMI-CEC is set to NO by default. Change as needed.... With my TVs it works...

    Good luck!
