    I'm trying to upgrade a DM500 with oscam server. It has run before so I'll just switch. Bin file, but I can not seem to find such a one that should work on a DM500? So far, it only succeeds in destroying the setup so that it does not work anymore.

    N line is if "the other side" is a newcam server or Oscam who run Newcam
    C line is if "the other side" is a CCcam server or Oscam to run CCcam


    In your client end I would drop oscam and use CCcam instead. You place so the line you have to the server in CCcam.cfg file


    As I understand it. You dont have the card local?

    If you are VIP you can, as a last resort, to apply for assistance through the team viewer, but start by describing the problem and post your config files here and describe the card reader, card, etc. There is a long way, but others has gone on before.

    In an effort to get the AU to work I have read I should use box key: Oscam reads the card fine without it, but I only get SQ `s no UK` s
    The problem is I have a S / N of 15 digits and are unsure about what it is I need to change to HEX?


    SN: 03abcdefghijk20 where the numbers are replaced with letters.


    Which numbers / letters do I need?

    I would buy a reader who no doubt works. I bought a Smago and it worked immediately.
    Otherwise, try to compare your files with those in the thread I link to, and / or post your own.

    Yagss, just remember, I had to save, reboot and check if the changes were saved before I could anything.
    It is in fact Oscam not "remember" the changes if they are made from the web, I found out.

    I've got my Raspi to run Oscam (R9475) based on the guide here, and another reader than the one I could not get to work.
    It works, and I have set Oscam as a server and have both CCcam line and Ncam line on the client.
    Both lines are set to the AU and to be a little wiser about things I have changed between them. Apparently there is no difference, and there will be an EMM once in a while I can see reader. Protocol smart reader


    But what do the different status of the AU can have?


    Reader AU on : Reader can write EMM?
    Reader AU off : Reader can not post EMM?
    Reader AU active :???,
    Reader AU??? :???


    Client AU on : Client can send EMM?
    Client AU off : Client can not post EMM?
    Client AU active :???,
    Client AU??? :???


    and the different types of EMM
    UK?
    G?
    S?
    UQ?


    I have so far got 3 UQ `s then client AU and AU reader is switched to active for a while.

    No, unfortunately. It does not work, is back at startup as described in the first post.
    How do I find an older version? and it is just to change the file in the "bin"?
