hey guys.been a while since iv been on here.im having trouble with a seagate 1tb hdd.brand new,never has a file been transfered onto it.problem is when i got it i decided to format to fat32 for use on ps3.i tried using some shit programme i downloaded which ended up crashing my computer,now i cant see the hdd on computer.i can find it under device manager but i can only access its properties,,,somebody advised me to try change its "initial" in disk management .but it dosent show in the list of hds there.i can see it under the partitions section and it says its partitions are good and disk working perfectly..also iv tried pluggin into my vu duo and use format wizard but that wont work either..if anybody has any advice it would be greatly appreciated...thanks miltown man

hi guys.can anybody tell me how i can acess the ccam info on the x3.i can upgrade via usb but cant find where to view lines.it says on manual the on thenetwork local setting i shud have 5 sub menus.network local settings,ccam client setup,mgcamd setup twin protocal setup and weather...i have on my menu ,network local setting,wifi manager,upgrade by network,rs232 function setup and weather...do i need to install something.box came preloaded with firmware iv only added a channelc list.anyhelp would be greatly appreciated

but the server stats are sayin its hop1 and hop2 .i ran cs refresh.and it cleared the info saying hes not using anything,must be an unstable peer if it comes on and off wen ever it feels like.i know my peer is a newbie 2 so hes prob not most upto date anyway

k update,my mate tells me it came on for a few minutes a while ago so ders obviouslly have shares,so how do i keep em updated orworking

there is only 1 client connected to me,to be honest im not sure whats happenin in cs studio i can see my clients activity but he not clearing anything,on the server im recieving shares from says 1 hop 1 2 hop2 on 3 shares.1 of which says it has 8 reshares.which in turn is sharing to my client but hes not getting anything...think dat sounds right

hey all,im back again,just wondering how do i know if i have reshares,in cs studio it says iv 3 servers connected ,from 1 line,and that 1 of them has a no. of reshares,i have given a mate a line to check for me,he is visable in active clients,shows hes using shares but he says hes getting nothing,wer pretty certain they worked last night but nothing today.anybody know of anything i can do..s s are hop1 1 hop2 2 reshares 1

hey guys,havent had my server running for a while and decided to get her up and running again.have changed to bh since it last ran.anyway all seems to be right except for port forwarding,when i set the values on router nat settings and then save it just goes to the google problem connecting page everytime.is there something im overlooking since i was last at this.i cant connect properly to cs studio either but im presuming its because of the port

hi jim.just read the manual der .u reckon the settings reverted back to default,if so maybe you need to switch ethernet back on to enable cccam.as opposed to multicom wat ever that is.then also make sure to save settings before exiting menu,hope this helps

ya i used a meter,i use the same one always,didn think the box wud show another signal,im getting the 2 signal bars nearly ful but dont think its the same id....maybe your right about the wrong sat.il have to have another stab at it tomorrow.thamks

hey guys,been a while since iv been on.not been doing much of late.till today,had to install a dish for a friend,he had an oul sly box.some ancient pace yoke he just wanted to use it as fta with no card obviously,no problem,put up dish the hole lot,turned it on 80 pc signal but cant get nothing on,keeps saying not recieving signal.iv changed the box,changed the dish and cable,same story,everything is brand new except the boxes which i know now are working as iv tried them in my own house,,i tried changing freq...to ??current ??12.207 but no joy,tried doin a new installation but it says no default transponder.anybody know what ,y problem could be or any other things i could try,be most greatful......thanks

hey guys.just last noght i upgraded from vix to the latest blackhole.must admit im well impressed with the new image,great work to who evers responsible.but when i got up this morning nothing would work.except for bbc1 and bbc2 sd.nothing else.and im getting the message no transponder info ,my snr reads 99 and agc reads 80 .also iv tried rescanning both automatically and manually but getting 0 services.,,to be honest i think iv tried everything.cant understand how it was perfect last night and gone this morning.as uaual any help would be appriceated.thanks miltown man
