How Do I Search Within a Single Board?

When you are reading a board, use its own search option to limit results to that section — useful when a keyword is common across the whole forum.

Open the full Advanced Search to narrow results by:

  • Keywords — in the subject only, or the whole post.
  • Author — find posts by a specific member.
  • Board / category — search only where it matters.
  • Date — limit to recent posts.

How Do I Search by Tag?

Click any tag on a thread to see every other thread sharing that tag — a fast way to browse all topics about, say, OSCam or Picons.

Common Problems

  • Why can't I find what I'm looking for? Try different or fewer keywords — two or three precise words usually beat a full sentence.
  • Why does my search return too many irrelevant results? Use Advanced Search to narrow by board, author or date.
  • Should I search before posting a new thread? Yes — it's the fastest way to an answer and keeps the forum tidy.

Tips for Better Results

  • Use a few precise keywords, not a full sentence.
  • Try different wording if the first search comes up short.
