vu+ zero4k - Unable to connect with DCC

I use DCC 2.40 and you set a password in the VU and configurate DCC with the same password

You should say the image version you are using, makes it a lot easier to help. And what were you messing with passwords for?

Are you using windows on PC?

Say why you need to use DCC and you will get the solution.

You are not alone. DCC is very old, nearly older than ourselves, get WINSCP its for windows and easy to use just go slow. You will not regret it. When it opens you will get an option for the protocol, select FTP and then enter IP of box, then root then your password, you can save and it will login automatically thereafter, on the top left corner you will get the option for terminal and putty.

It should be on the left side, did you selected the "commander" like view ?

As in the pic above if you look to top left and see the ip of your box just below is small box with an arrow click the arrow and it will show the file structure on your PC select the directory you want ie desktop, then depends yon where you have stored your plugins etc you just drag drop to the correct location on right hand side.
