    Below is a link to my Hyperion v4 based Complete Image - for the Amiko Alien2 and other ST7162 Based Boxes.


    This image is set up for Irish Saorview (Kippure mast) and Sly.

    Vfd fix applied so newer boxes have a working display panel.


    Use the Download menu in Plugins or just FTP the .ipk files to the /TMP folder, telnet to the box and type IPKG INSTALL xxxxxxx.ipk. This should work for most plugins. CoolTVGuide is linked to the EPG button


    The image is setup to use DHCP automatically and is also set for using HDMI at 720p. Terrestrial channels may need to be rescanned depending on your geographical location.


    FTP and Telnet - Username "root", Password "pkteam"
    OSCam - http://box_ip:8888 - Username "root", Password "oscam"
    OpenWebIf - http://box_ip (Default Port 80)

    Hello I apologize if I give you a bit of a hassle, I imagine you could make a backup of the video output scart.
    Not having HDMI can not enter the menu and see it from the web and even with video.

    I can't make another backup but I can tell you what buttons to press to change to scart.


    Menu, up,up,ok,ok,ok,left,green,down, OK.

    Got this Working on V**** couldnt get oscam to recognise my details I FTP'd mgcamd cam loaded my details and working a charm gona try c2 autobouqets tomorrow . Also had to ftp a different cables.xml for brutforce uk. the image itself is rock steady .

    has anyone else found this image to hang for several seconds from time to time?


    also, I'm streaming across to a raspberry pi using the vu+/enigma pvr addon to xbmc (openelec gotham) running on the pi. the sound and picture on the pi don't always sync up and the sound an be several seconds ahead of the image. has anyone else encountered this? any idea for solutions?

    Just checked the link in post#1 and it's working fine bud, takes you too his dropbox sharing folder which contains the image.......

    has anybody has a issue with scanning on cable on this?


    Changed tuner to cable but network ID only shows for spaces
    my network id is 41011 but I can only enter 4101. Tried scanning but box locks up and have to reboot.


    got it work on other images


    any ideas?

    Anyone got a backup of this image with working configuration for Sly UK and Virmin Media?, been looking for 2 days and can't find anything that works.

    I downloaded this image, seems pretty stable and more so than OpenATV 4.2.

    I ditched the sly Skin, I think the default is way way nicer !
