I confirm this, in my Edision OS mio 4K, 3 different films - the same result, a BSOD...
After changing the player to Exteplayer3 - the same result.
Now we wait for Franc... ;)

THE EXPLANATION HOW TO FLASH PURE2 INTO YOUR EDISION IS BELOW, IN POST NO. 12!
We have 2 different files: RECOVERY with its own procedure and USB file, with its own procedure(s).==============================THIS IS OLDER INFO===================================
To install into first of four partitions, which Edision OS mio 4K has natively, one should:
-download PurE2 image
-unzip it on a USB memory stick formatted in FAT32
-edit the noforce file name into force and
-plug it into Edision OS mio 4K, which is unplugged from the electricity
-hold POWER button and plug the Edision back into electricity
-you will see ascending numbers on LCD... - let go of the POWER button
-"restore image" will be shown on TV screen: image will be flashed and then automatically the box will reboot
-take the USB stick out of the USB port quickly at that point (when all is black)
-upon booting the current PurE2 v. 6.2 has a minor flaw:
-to remedy this FFmpeg little problem (easily) one should start PuTTY on one's PC, connect with your Edision using "root" for username (don't use the "" signs) and "pure2" for password and issue the following 2 Telnet commands:
Codeopkg update opkg install ffmpegAfter each command hit the ENTER button on your keyboard and wait a bit...
Then, when it's all done, all should be well and FFMpeg will show, currently at 4.1.3.
Now, proceed as per usual, please... :)

To continue using OLM you need to register on https://soap2day.com (registration is free)- install addon
- restart e2
- open /etc/enigma2/fnc_olm_config.cfg and enter username/password in appropriate fields
- save config file
- restart e2
Download ipk:

To initialize subtitles press Subtitle or Text or RED button on your RC to start search and download. But before that go to 'Plugins/SubSupport settings' and setup some options for preferred languages, etc... -

E2iPlayer aka IPTVPlayer plugin
Im just looking more into this and the version on gitlab works with the proxy provided. Does anyone know how to use proxy in e2iplayer?
For any plugin (in PurE2), to work around geo-blocking:
MENU > SETUP > SYSTEM > NETWORK > DEVICE SETUP > choose ETH0 or WLAN > NAMESERVER SETTINGS > enter your proxy addresses (you can add 2 easily). When I used proxies, I used SmartDNS Proxy addresses for GB and US services. Not sure if those still work with BBC etc. They are limited in terms of servers around the globe, mind.
Alternatively, one can instead go to NETWORK > OpenVPN setup and download the plugin.
Then, in /etc folder one makes an openvpn folder and places 2 files there. One is your personal details (username and password) and the other is server details. See my more specific, detailed tutorials in Cheap and good quality VPN for unlimited number of devices and it works easily in E2 with YIFY etc.
You need to activate the plugin now and if you want it to start automatically, do that, too.
Generally speaking, these guys (VPN providers) have many more servers and it all works better.
Free ones are limited, so get something better and stay safe...
In E2iPlayer one goes to SETTINGS and puts in the details, of course. Not sure if there are issues there, as I never used that, only the general ones, as described above...

Anyway, as this seems to be confusing, NTFS support is back in the images.
Frankly, you should avoid it and format your USB stick in Linux EXT4 format, using PurE2 image tool for it, in pManager, unless you often move files bigger than 4GB between the box and your Win PC."

In our feeds we now have updated OSCam Emu's but also a new one with constant_cw and radegast!
So, the new one is: enigma2-plugin-camd-oscam-emu-ccache
It is loaded with all the options, including ccacheEX support etc.
NOTE: different conf goes to /etc/tuxbox/configccache

There are many images/E2 variants, so it depends...
You feel a bit lazy or insecure, as in not sure if you can fix it all by yourself? If the latter is the case - worry not, I can help you with pretty damn precise instructions, if you feel like learning and trying a very modern, up-to-date image for this amazing STB!

Your machine can have 4 images installed natively! If you choose PurE2, you can also repartition your flash into just 2 partitions, natively, so you can have 2 images installed, each with larger space for all you want to install.See this: H7S MultiBoot "How To" - installing multiple images in H7S's internal flash! - at the bottom of this article is the link to only 2 partition image, with how to...
So, from general setup to specific machines and our specific plugins, here we go...
OSCam, if needed: OSCam Emu Config Mario for all PV providers
FNC plugins by Franc, specifically written for PurE2: Fabulous FNC plugins by Franc (for PurE2 users)!!!
Use VPN with those: Cheap and good quality VPN for unlimited number of devices and it works easily in E2 with YIFY etc.
Search further in PurE2 and Zgemma H7 sections...

Imam ja F500HD koji ima isti HW manje-vise (dakle, klon, pa ne mogu originalni image koristiti).
1) Odradi sve od nule. Tko zna sto se mozda lose instaliralo, a desi se i tako nesto ponekad...
2) Kada odradis Flodder, onda odradi i onu skriptu da ostatak stvari ubacis u 800HD SE.
3) Ne izbacuj Estuary, nego probaj ubaciti manju kozu, tipa OpenPLi HD, tipicnu neku...
3a) Nije to tako sporo, kad se promjeni koza - stari je HW i onda to malo uspori, ali...
Reci onda, da vidimo... Trebalo bi biti sve OK: i sat TV i streaming i playback...
U OSCam sekciji imas Mariov konfig za OSCam EMU sa kojim sve dobro ide!
OSCam Emu Config Mario for all PV providers - uskoro cemo azurirati i njega da bude sveobuhvatan... ;)
Ne moze Kodi, ali idu Francovi FNC plugini (i to jako dobro!), E2iPlayer etc.

Je li stvarno original ili A8 kartica? Koji su detalji?
Tromo/Delfi ima takav i Flodder radi bez problema, pa sad... -
Sta ce ti MultiBoot, ako je original ili imas onu A8 SIM karticu, da mozes upotrebljavati originalne imagee?
Instaliraj PurE2, potom odradi Flodder skriptu, da sve prebacis na vanjski USB stick i onda redom...
Sve je objasnjeno u PurE2 sekciji, detaljno. Linkove sam postavio i u ovom nizu poruka, post br. 42. ;)

OSmio4K has new kernel v5.1 (wow!) and drivers.
Esutary skin updates soon.Both 6.2 and 6.3 Osmio4k today's images tested with WiFi, all ok. Reflash needed to be on the safe side.
Here is the latest WiFi driver (Qualcomm/Atheros). Briefly tested on 6.3, should be ok on 6.2 as well (?).11th May 2019
SF8008 should be refashed, BUT simple SW update is fine if you download the file below, unzip and FTP to /usr/share of your box.

NIje da ne valja, nego tako mora biti.
Vidi, skopski, pitao sam i ja oko toga odavno i objasnjeno mi je da je to tako i amen. Trebas se pomiriti sa tim da je za update potreban restart E2. Dakle, nije nuzno "negativno", nego "logika same stvari".
Kopcas? Ili trebamo jos jedno 5 puta oko bandere da prestanes biti bandoglav i primis to ne znanje i ravnanje...???
